Began using HubbleClub baby monitors and app almost 6 months ago and it's been great, smooth streaming, lots of space available for saving pics and videos, etc. If WiFi signal gets low the feed gets a little glitchy but that's the only "problem" I've had so far and it's only happened once or twice and lasted only a few moments. Great weight lifted off my shoulders being able to keep an eye on my babies when I'm not home. Highly highly recommend 👍🏼

Overall the baby monitor product is awesome, except for the fact that at night time the camera and vision sucks. My fiancé bout a cheap one from Amazon for a fraction of the price and is 1080p with the light on or off. For the price paid for this specific unit, you would think it would be excellent. Kind of upset about that. Also there's a decent lag with the sound.

The camera has been nothing but problems. I've had it 2 years and it constantly freezes, loses connection, doesn't record my voice when I use that function, the music sometimes won't turn on and other times will not turn off. I have to disconnect the camera to get it to stop. The app has gotten worse. It constantly says there's a connection issue... which isn't my wifi or my phones problem, its the app. My tvs, phones, computers, etc never have a connection issue. Just an overall terrible camera

*update!* i literally have not been able to connect to my camera in FOUR DAYS! Tech does *nothing*. Return it if you can! My dream sensor will not reconnect, and I can not troubleshoot. The camera is constantly losing connection and buffering. With how expensive all of the products are, you'd imagine the app would at least work most of the time, wouldn't you? I wish I could get a working product, or at this point just a refund.

The app just isn't good. The scheduling does not work. I've tried creating one multiple times and it doesn't run. What's the point of that feature that doesn't work? Also my Hubble Eclipse+ I have the app for isn't any better, since creating the non-functional schedule, now my Eclipse+ freezes constantly and I need to manually power cycle it to reboot and begin responding to the app. So much for it being smart connected if it freezes and stops responding unless you physically interact with it.

Wifi connection is very spotty. The mat will randomly drop heart rate. The temperature sensor is incredibly inaccurate (72 in our house, but sends alerts the room is 99 degrees). The monitor will reload all I see is a spinning wheel. We ed customer and two weeks later we received a response. This system has the potential to be fantastic, but it definitely needs serious work.

Nothing but connectivity issues. App has never worked smooth and it's going on year 2 of use. Can't use the tablet that comes with the camera due to it not wanted to stay connected even when I'm in the room right next to the nursery. 90% of the time the app says camera offline or can't connect due to network errors, the camer is not far from the router and it's literally the only devi in the house with this issue. If I could go back in time I'd tell myself to go with any other brand except this.

Currently having a "bug in the app" alert issue. The app boots me out when attempting to use app then has a pop up alert that states the HubbleClub a has a bug and that I must update the app once they have resolved the issue. It's disappointing because I do depend on this app for tracking and monitoring and am also a new subscriber of their subscription (paid for a year). Please resolve this issue. App can be very slow and delayed.
