The features of the app are solid, but parts of it aren't very intuitive. For one, it's way more difficult to find total calories burned than it should be... The app only wants to tell you active calories burned. Also, it's significantly harder to find stairs climbed than on any other smartwatch app I've used. For these reasons, I frequently find myself going back to my older, less high tech smartwatches more often than not. Fix those things, and I'll use my oneplus watch more often.

After the most recent update (5Feb) my phone and watch will not sync. It was working just fine yesterday, then after the auto update it will not sync. They connect, and my phone knows what battery percentage my watch has, but my watch will not receive any notifications from the app, and the app does not receive any data from the watch. I have tried restarting both watch and phone.

last review I gave commended the app. it was improving rapidly and working great. now the app completely won't sync to my OnePlus watch 2 anymore! Woke up yesterday with it completely broken! My information is still on the watch itself but I can't see any information through the app. it's broken, won't sync, can't see steps, sleep, workouts, nothing. please update and fix this issue and I'll return my high score. broken on OnePlus 12.

Missing simple fixes. Distance is calculated in km on the app, the watch shows miles & other places in the app show in imperial measurements. I question their commitment to quality for the future. Are they going to forget it as soon as the 3 releases? That's what ticwatch did to my previous watch less than a year later.

The app works smoothly and has a lot of data to sift through. It's way more responsive than the Fitbit app was. If all my stats aren't fully loaded it usually just takes one refresh to get all of them. I haven't explored this yet, but I would love a way to export my health data. There could also be more base watch faces, but overall great!

It's a really nice app, and I like it with my OnePlus Watch 2, which I also think is fantastic. However, my only real complaint (and its a big one for me) is that you can only pair a single watch to it at a time. I also have a OnePlus Watch 2R but to pair that means disconnecting (and thus resetting) my Watch 2. Most other watches let me have multiple paired so i can have different styles of watch to go with different clothing, but you can unfortunately only have a single watch with this app.

Notifications are broken. It turns them off a second after I turn them off. OP Watch 2. Returning the watch soon if this isn't fixed immediately. This is a well documented problem (Google it) and I'm dumbfounded that it's not a top priority. Edit 7/4/24 they fixed the notification problems. Still annoyed that they let it go like that for a month without addressing the problem.

Not a very good companion app for the Oppo Watch. 1. Where are all the watch faces that the Chinese version of the watch has? Chinese version seems to have well over 20, the international version only has 12. Of those 12, 3 are just different layouts of the daily physical activity watch face. 2. No Google fit integration 3. Can't change units. Would be great to have the option to use fahrenheit, miles, inches / feet and pounds.
