Helps me to keep a track of everything that I'd have spent on smoking, if I've been smoking. That includes money, number of cigarettes, time spent, etc etc. Nice app to keep a track effortlessly. I especially keep a track of the money that I've saved and invest the same amount in some good things for my family and for myself. It reminds me timely to check app, this is one more best part of the app. Thanks for making such a wonderful app.

The adds come on. And then some of them won't go off. I've left it 5 mins before, no matter what you try the add stays on. So you stop the app and try again just for the same thing to happen. It took me 10 mi s just to be able to get my stop date off the app so I could delete it and try a diffrent app. Don't use this app as I say the adds will make you very angry, which when giving up smoking is the last thing you need

I had previously rated this app as 5 stars, but recently the full screen ads that will automatically install apps if attempted to be interacted with has gotten out of hand. This app was very useful and helpful for me when I had originally quit smoking, but navigation around it has turned in to an extremely unfriendly experience.

More helpful than I thought possible! I found the Health Regained the most useful for me personally. Notifications letting me know of milestones were great too. Nothing obtrusive. The memory game was nostalgic though it didn't really help with cravings. Time should also be part of the Cravings Trigger pie chart.

hi, I enjoy you app and used it when I quit smoking. clean one year now. but the way the ads work, how I have to literally close my phone and unlock it to trigger the ability to move past an ad, the way the ads remove every other option to remove them is toxic cancer and should be illegal. I have been trapped in ads that give you no other options but to click them to remove them generating them revenue share should be illegal. Might do a public and detailed review of these practice's.

Impossible to use the app as every movement within the apps menu sends you to ads. It wouldn't be so frustrating if you could get back to the app easily, but I have to shut the app and restart it and even that doesn't guarantee that it won't redirect me to ads straight away.

The app looks good, but if you choose the Quit Slowly option the widget will count your "time since last cigarette" as the time since you installed the app instead of the time since your actual last cigarette. If the app offers any troubleshooting I was unable to find it.

I just set up this app not even 15 minutes ago. Played the game that's on here not even 5 minutes I'd say. And your app is telling me I haven't smoked for 9 hours. It has no clue I don't see how it can help me if it can't be an honest app so I am uninstalling it don't bother replying. I would suggest that anybody that wants to try an app to quit smoking and this is definitely not the right app.
