APP serves the purpose for submitting reimbursement claims, following up processing and communication. You can also find information on the Henner agreements in different countries despite sometimes the information not being updated. Unfortunately the app is not fast and has some freezes and crashes, it is very annoying having to start a claim again or seeing it was sent twice.

The purpose of the apps is simple, so it's helpful in that way, but I've never used an app this slow. It's very slow, and the error messages are unhelpful. Sometimes, they are cut off or direct you to the wrong place in the app. I had to go to the website to understand what was going on with my issue.

Someone would expect more from the app. I am using it for some years. It's okay full of bugs and in deed very slow. The problem is there is no alternative. The app does not show the medical network. As many others already complained it does not show clearly what claims are completed and still open. Overall : buggy and not friendly

The worst insurance app I have ever used. Need to fill out special form which is basically duplicate of information which you with receipts, but in excel format. That form doesn't exist on app and need to request it on email. I don't know what was the problem to generate that form automatically as App has all the information. Now I have to keep laptop with me especially for this App and keep transfering those files over a cloud to the phone and it over the app. Terrible...

the interface is overly complex - some of the sequences of interaction are non-intuitive. Furthermore, the app drops your input after a time-out when putting your claims which means that you have to resubmit all the info again The Henner app also insists on providing data that you cannot retrieve later on. When entering a claim you have to supply a unique id but you cannot use it later on to query your claim. There is also no way to acquire a list of the information you have provided.

MFA is not working and I can't access the website anymore. The app requests access to your files to claims. Another compulsory application on your mobile. They could implement "classic" 2FA auth with QR codes (managed with Google auth or equivalent app) but they chose to force their app on your mobile like banks. Edit: I'd not complain if it worked but even with the app MFA I can't access the website :) Top crypto exchanges like Binance use normal 2FA and they secure billions of funds...
