Worst app.. not at all -friendly.... I couldn't edit the details... Keep on asking for payment... I paid three times...... I don't know what is use of wallet... Poor (customer care service)... On the whole, I have spent two hrs to get an appointment ... Don't try this app... Don't play with customer emotion during emergency situation..... Dear Doctors, I request you to choose some other forum (apps) to continue your service without any difficulties.

If front desk are well trained I would have given a positive . And you are saying in menu it is available Anybody can prepare a menu card according to their wish. How can you charge this extra 2% when ATM itself allows you to draw three times without charge in a month. Finally whoever asks about your app and service I will tell them my experience. Regarding 2% extra charges don't explain the nonsense I am working in a bank. Your app is damaging the reputation of Dr Ramalingam.

Not an Friendly.. This app can use only highly trained peoples. RH- vistors from Under graduate To Hiher Graduate. So, we plan and design app for Under Graduate.. Higher Graduate knows well and handle well. So, We have to give to poor peoples. Their Feelings will never Die.. Payment wallet and all Leads to Negative . For Appointment Booking and Vaccine reminder alone is ok. Consider poor people and design.

Hi every one in my point of view when an appointment is done through phone or direct appointment that person should be sent according to the time,this is called appointment but most of them I saw people are asking we came first they second and rushing through the doctor...... it is not correct actually

Last month I appointed 11-12 timing but I was met doctor at 2.25 pm... Regular Appointment person send 7-10 after online appointment person 2-3 only... Video call availablity cost Rs.600+ is very too much of cost.. But only Good things is Doctors... Sorry for Negative Review, Please improve management side. Appreciate 👏for Online Appointment facility's...

Whenever I open this app it shows to upgrate. Sometimes i'm unable to get response from doctor's chat. If I go directly he says " I have problem in app"

Good app for consultation for babys..its easy to book appointment in online from far of distance. Video conferencing is also good for emergency purpose.. 😊
