Very convenient and green. Thanks for expanding the zone recently, hope to see more cars in the expansion so we can pick it up ourselves on a whim. Delivery was perfect though, despite being borderline we got it in front of our door. Car was great with child seat and 2 kids, perfect for small excursion. Found even a smart kid belt on the backseat which we tested as well. One issue: add accessible parking and charging stations to the map, because the alternative apps (eg incharge) are not good

To say it short and easy the experience with this app is not the best. Sometimes it barely works and if the connection is even slightly bad then it is impossible to use. The biggest problem is that when you barely have connection then you end up paying more for your rental. I think this could be easily fixed with a better and more efficient app.

This is the best car share service there is. It is so much more convenient compared to competitors like Greenwheels and Mywheels, because of two reasons: 1. Pick and drop anywhere you like within their zone. The fact that their zone includes all of Amsterdam is a HUGE plus. Plus free parking and charging make it even more convenient. 2. Per-minute billing as opposed to per-hour billing. Makes it so much more cost-effective in the long run. Awesome stuff, GreenMobility. Kudos!

Need a few tweaks, but overall a great experience.. Map: The 300 km range cars should be marked so you don't need to search through all the cars. Or a filter so you can choose which type of cars you would like to see. Packages: Number of driven kilometers should be shown along with the time since beginning. Charging: Have a backup solution ready, when the charging fobs stop working. Don't just say "it happens sometimes. We can't do anything about it". It is like renting a car with no wheels.

I love car sharing and I have driven them many times . I'm sorry but this app is a bit unprofessional. The major problem is UI freezing while panning or pinching the map to see the available car around me. I believe this is the major part of the app and it shouldn't be in this way. Please take my as constructive criticism and use it to build a better version of the app.

The app may not be ass pretty and full of features as ShareNow, but the stuff that's there is great and works well. Haven't experienced any lags or outages when browsing, renting or returning cars. I love that the car opens almost instantly when I press 'Start trip'. Suggestions for 5 stars: -the app feels fast, but not always smooth (when zooming the map, the cars appear and disappear seemingly at random) -filter feature (by charge, vehicle type) -see more (all?) cars in list view

App fails to notify you when your minutes will expire, nor does it make it easy to check or find when that expiry date is. Don't recommend this service unless you have no other option available. Also, there are language/translation issues, not everything will appear in English. If you have a prepaid package, it won't let you select between activating the package or using prepaid minutes. I have lost enough money with this service, I'm done.

The app is nice but there's some very annoying problems: 1) the map always resets to Copenhagen rather than using the location you set during registration if the gps is disabled, 2) there is no settings tab, which should have a section to handle notifications (I keep getting ads about the service) and one to set the default starting location, and 3) it has gotten stuck several times while I was just exploring the app. Fixing the first 2 points would be a great improvement already.
