Good for ordering ahead but I wish it would hold on to my choice of location better. The points add up pretty fast so rewards are quickly earned. Update 12/18/24. Finding that this app doesn't retain the last outlet used. It is annoying to have to go search each time for the same place I searched for last time. Please fix this. Don't want to drop Stars at this time.

Make it so I can save my location & favorite store to my so I don't have to keep doing a search for my local store every time I want to order a pizza. The reordering button is broken. It doesn't reorder anything; it takes me to the menu & makes me start from an empty cart. Fix that. I should be able to fully reorder a previous order with no more than three clicks. Also, the app doesn't take coupon codes correctly; codes on the flyer from my local store don't work. This app is broken!

It's been too many times including most recently, that order ahead from the app still resulted in a 30 min wait. The food is always exceptional. And service is too. But not noticing orders can be a damper on a trip for the customer. With this location being a midpoint to allot of travelers ordering ahead makes all the difference.

This app has no place for deals. When I use Pizza Hut or Domino's there is a very clear place for great deals like BOGO or family meals, etc. There was nothing like this on the app, and it wouldn't take any promo codes that I got straight from the Godfather's website. However, when I walked in to pick up my order, there was a viewscreen with several deals that would have given me more food for a better price. I feel like I was penalized for using the app.

I've been using the Godfather's app for about 1 year now - for the most part I like it & it does the job correctly & easy to use. The only problem encountered: I live in an area that can be confusing for delivery drivers to deal with. I include extra info to try to help. It always dumps the extra delivery info I type in when multiple apps share the info. As a result many orders have gone to the wrong home. I gave lower stars to them too because of this. I haven't noticed ads. Are there any?

You should definitely fire the creators of this app. The developers made it almost impossible to complete an order. You should recommend them to all of your competitors. I had to redo my order 6 times because the back button makes me restart the entire order, nothing saves, and I want to lose my mind. You are lucky I like taco pizza or I would never use this app again.

Pizza is great, the App to order - not so much. I was able to order 1/2 & 1/2 a few months ago, now I'm not.

I ed the app to check out Godfathers in my area. None of the godfathers in my area use online ordering at all, which was very disappointing, but the app wouldn't let me even look at the menu so I could order by phone. When I tried choosing a restaurant out of state just to see the menu, I needed to create an first. I'm not going to create an if I can't even use it to order. Not friendly at all. I just want to look at a menu!
