That's the app we get for buying a 130k yen camera??! Got an X-T30 II last week, I thought it be great if I could directly get SOME photos from the camera. Badly surprised to see that one must use an app to simply retrieve files, no direct connection. Next the app asks to access my location! What is wrong with you??! Nowadays developers can no longer make apps in a simple way??! And to finish the customer off: not only does it take time to connect, it takes forever to get ONE file. Worthless!!!

Pretty clunky experience connecting to the camera (multiple confirmation prompts every single time) but can't say I've had the problems that many have experienced, it does transfer photos (x100v). Also agree with others that there is ZERO need for location permissions and it's a bit worrying/creepy that this is a thing on a photo transfer app!

The absolute f***ing worst app ever: I just lost 500 photos juste trying to transfer 3. The app crashed and then all the photos disappeared. A huge block and then one by one. I couldn't do anything, it happened super fast. And now nothing can bring back all the memories. I hate you with all my heart.

Terrible experience using this app: when I transfer photos fron my camera to my phone it stops and shows "connection is lost" message every 1, 2 or 3 images, and need to start all over again. I wish I could use a cable instead of wifi to do that quick transfer.

Like everyone else I have had issues pairing and connecting. My XP140 used to connect and work seamlessly a few years ago. I used to film trout in my aquaponics to assess fish health and so I could see how they are doing. I cannot get it to work now and am struggling to use the camera underwater at all in a remote scenario with my phone. Yes I can plug a cable and take pictures to a computer etc. But not using the app and phone as a remote. Not sure why they don't provide a working version

Most frustrating app. Several months ago I was able to transfer photos from my x-s10. Not anymore! I've been trying for hours to get my phone and x-s10 to communicate. I've tried youtube instructional videos and google searching and nothing has worked. I've un-installed and reinstalled the remote app 3 times. Nothing. This app is total@#$!!?%%!!!. Because of this nonsense, I'm thinking of ditching fuji and moving over to Canon. I gave up and bought a usbc card teader

Decent app . It would be 5 stars if we could transfer (import) videos from the camera instead of just photos. UPDATE: I suddenly had issues connecting the app to the camera. It says it's connected(a quick pop-up), but just sits there spinning trying to connect. It took a while, but there is a picture icon on the upper right side of the screen next to the three bars. I clicked that and got a permissions window. I clicked Allow and immediately got connected. A design issue?

This app used to work fairly well. My old XE2 and X70 cameras would connect in seconds and transfer at a reasonable pace for a Bluetooth connection. At some point around 2020 that stopped. The app became very hit and miss. I'm now trying to use it with an X100V, it's just never connected properly. On the very rare occasions I can establish a connection I can transfer a very small number of photos before the app just glitches out and crashes on me. Amazing cameras - no app features anymore.
