Getting started with Challenges is easy. Start by choosing between our Move More or Eat Well challenge types. Move More is a steps-focused challenge, that allows you to compete with anyone that has a phone or wearable as well. Eat Well is focused on both nutrition and movement, and gives you points for eating better. From there, you can choose between our two competition types: Team Throwdowns or Solo Smackdowns. With team challenges, up as a team of 4 as you compete against other teams in the challenge.
