The site seems outdated. Card and benefits details do not display. Majority of the information is cut off and can scroll down to see full details. Update: Still useless. What is the point of having a self-service application if you can't sign in on the website or app and none of the needed information is unavailable. These issues generate calls to your customer service team. Other health insurance applications are superior to yours.

I would like to review this app, but I have not been able to sign in. When I try, it says the operation cannot be completed and tells me to try again. If I try with an inaccurate , it gives a different message, which seems to suggest it's an app issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried again - it sent me an identity verification email, then told me again the operation couldn't be completed. Please fix! I'd love a functional app to access my insurance information.

There's a lot of information that you can't get to in this app, like individual deductible and out of pocket met for the year. It has an option for fingerprint sign on, which I've enabled multiple times. It never offers for me to use it when g in, and when I go back to the settings, it's turned off again.

Edit: Keeps crashing when trying to use basic functions! This app is a joke!! - Original: Useless. Was able to once and then never again, keeps giving errors after 2FA. When I was able to , viewing my insurance card didn't work at all, which is... a big reason why I want this app on my phone, in case I don't have my card with me but I need the number. Hope things get fixed soon, I wish big companies like this actually made usable apps but alas.

Every time I try to view my claims information, the app crashes. This happened on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and it is happening on the Note 9 too. This means the app is basically useless to me. I tried to email the developer about it, but got back a delivery failure notice, because apparently the email address given on this page does not exist!

This app is a joke, just like the website is. Can't pay my bill because this thing sucks. Fingerprint sign in doesn't work. Just keeps loading my "claims", and won't let me scroll to pay my bill. Ridiculous.
