Garbage. Nothing but a pain in my A$$. I get kicked off randomly, I go to clock in and have too uninstall app then reinstall app bc it doesn't feel like working that day. if I'm creating a shift I fill everything out, literally write out a chapter in a book of notes for it to decide too not save anything i just filled out and i have to start ALL over!!. I have learned to copy and paste my notes if I ever have too create shift. So frustrating.

Is Anyone having trouble adjusting a time out and when you go to submit it says waiting or when you finally get to submit it tells you can't do that you don't have permission. It was a shift that attendant forgot to clock out and just trying to adjust the time they left. Was able to adjust before but now it's not working. I feel like it's the app because it keeps taking me to the same pages man IDK I just need help. 🤦🏼‍♀️

The ABSOLUTE worst transition I've ever made using an on line portal app. Instructions sent in emails do not accurately reflect the portal pages, so step by step instructions are useless. Once logged in, there is no simple way of editing errors in time displays. Due to errors on the mobile app, I've lost 5 hours and have no way of speaking to a Tempus Rep to fix it, in order to be paid. I can and do accept change and when organized, change can be good a good thing...sadly, this change isn't.

Crashes alot, not friendly. I have to start and end shift on phone app, but can't approve through app. I have to go home and approve over my PC, then call client to lock approve my shift. It also drains battery cuz it's always running. I have to plug in my phone while at the clients home. Just an awful app. I'd rather go back to the easy paper timesheets.

Nothing but trouble. Had no issues at first, now I have to constantly clear cache, reboot, to even sign in. Once signed in, leave app running while working and when I go to log out, it shows app had stopped working, didn't record shift. Now, it will not connect to device location. I've uninstalled, reinstalled several times, used different devices, and still won't connect to location. So fed up. Tech tells me to do everything I've done multiple times.

The app has been awful since the previous update at the start of this month. The screen flickers and crashes as soon as I open it. It's annoying and gives you a headache since all you want is to clock in and leave at the precise moment. Moreover, having an issue with the app puts you off balance because, when your shift begins, you should be focused on taking care of your patients, not a broken app. Also, it has a horrible UX design.

If I could do negative stars I would. App runs in background using data and drains battery. Seems to be tracking regardless of just clocking in and out. Which is a complete infringement of our rights. Customer service isn't that great. Especially when it takes over 3 hours on hold to reach someone. And don't try to leave and number and save your place in que....they do NOT call you back. Over all this app and everything it entails is poorly set up and ran. Time for Care app was much better!!

Cannot because FMS One is blocked by my security software as a phishing site. Tried to sign up via the app & it tells me "something went wrong" Worked around it & all was well, but as of mid-May 2023, my hours aren't being logged, because it's constantly "Waiting for location." All my permissions are in place, with location services available for this app.
