Functionality is rather limited. Very glitchy. In particular, it constantly glitches out on the check-in screen ever since I became a member 8 months ago. Press check in and the screen just starts blinking like it is reloading every half-second and the Greeters have to stand there and keep pulling the trigger until they catch the bar code while it's flashing.

Update. 02/18/24. Works again. 12/19/2023. On demand classes haven't worked for a few weeks. Updated app, deleted and reinstalled. Nothing fixes the problem. 12/23/22. App updated. On demand classes work again! Dec. 2022. The app crashes every time I start an in demand class. Really annoying. The feature also doesn't work about half the time.

**Update** I manually turned on NFC permission and check-ins started to work again. I never received a response from the dev team to my original problem report. No longer works for proximity checkins. This feature had previously worked fine, but broke with an update around Christmas. There have been updates to the app since, but the check-in issue has not been addressed. I wrote an email to the dev team listed here on the Play store, but no response.

The Android version of this app is drastically inferior to the iPhone version. The calender and the class schedules are offset by a day, so according to the app, Monday November 6th is actually Monday November 5th. It displays classes that were offered on the 5th as if they were offered on the 6th. The Android app doesn't track weekly check-ins. It is also generally clunckier and less intuitive than the iPhone version. 12/9 update: The app no longer display leaderboards for Pursuit classes or the game by game stats. They have made the app even less useful. Downgrading to one star.

Do not use this app! I signed up for the app and paid for the annual subscription ($300). However, the app simply does not work for Android. It just acts like it is opening but then 5 min later, it's still doesn't open. I ed Equinox and asked for a refund to the annual hip, since I haven't been able to do 1 workout using the app. Equinox emailed me back and told me I needed to the latest version, which didn't work (FYI Equinox totally ignored my refund request).

app most of the time takes forever to load the home screen so I can't access the calendar view for the classes I scheduled on certain days. Also, sometimes the video doesn't play, just the audio. If I'm paying this much for the app, I expect it to work most of the time instead of me spending 10 mins a day to try and get to the class I want to play.

Very few features. When I ed the gym they told me about all of the app features I'd have. Turns out none of them are in the andriod app, only iphone. And the basic things don't work. Class sign up reminders don't work, which makes it hard to get into quickly filling classes. Add class to external calendar doesn't work either, so I have to manually put that in my calendar. Please fix!

Buggy and doesn't work on tablet. I usually use this app when I'm on the road and luckily it works still on my phone. I ed because I'm unable to on my tablet. They said it's a known issue but it's been months with no fix. How can you break and not fix it? Also, app activity doesn't properly load after a class till you restart the app. It's simple things like that which could make the app experience better.
