Horrible, App is just a waste of time, 1 out of 15 phones, about half which are last year's models or newer and the app only ,gave me one estimate and said I needed to visit the kiosk for a quote, That is exactly what I wanted to avoid by using the app being the nearest kiosk is a few towns and several miles away, I hoped to avoid wasting time and gas and learn if the trip would be profitable, thought with modern technology it would be a snap! Unfortunately not the case with ecoATM's app,

I love the fact that this app let's me check what I could potentially be paid for just about any phone brand that I own and want to recycle! So, let's say I have a Samsung Galaxy A51 that I'm not using because the screen's broken or just doesn't work anymore. Ask I'd do is open the app and on the bottom of the page, I'd click price another device and fill in some details about the phone (gb size, flaws, company,etc.,) and them you find the nearest location and drop it off. That easy!!

Went through the pricing process, which included the same questions the kiosk always asks when anslyzing my device, and was given a price and a drop off code. I figured since the app asked all the same questions the kiosk asks, I would be able to put in the drop off code and skip the device analysis. However, not only did the kiosk do the device analysis again, it told me it couldn't even take my phone, where the app had quoted me a price! It was only $6, no biggie, but such a waste of time!

Last update killed this app I can't get an estimate on a single phone with the app anymore it tells me to visit a kiosk. But I can go online and input the same device info and get an estimate. So basically the app is now completely USELESS!!!!!!!!!

I priced my devices before heading to the kiosk. I made sure it was a working one. Stood there for about 30min for 2 devices. I made hundreds back!!! I definitely recommend it if you're looking for an Instant return.

I ed the app and it priced my tablet and I was good with the price,but I never received the price lock code and I tried on several occasions to customer service and received no response, needless to say I still have my tablet and I still never received any response to my email.

Didn't give me a price. Said everything was great and turn on location for best price. Then it said take phone to a kiosk for a price. No help at all!!!!!

You know I would give it negative five stars should give the option on the Play store honestly to tell other people how worthless the apps really are your keios system is just as worthless as a worthless app look up my phone online and it says it's going to give me $20 for it and I get the their ATM and they tell me they'll give me a $ 1. Like piece of junk company's I guarantee they're going to try to reply to this I'm sorry you had less than an awesome experience with us go to hell all
