After the 15 minute s process of them requesting all your personal information, I still was unable to identify even a single cat on my car because the app is trash. If the serial number search doesn't work (which it won't) and you have to browse, you'll run out of "free credits" in three pages and you won't be able to browse for 24hrs without paying a subscription fee. And every time you browse, it starts at page 1 which uses a credit. This app is a joke.

I was unable to locate my particular catalytic converters using the website to I ed the app and made an . I messaged them photos of what I and and they were able to respond within 2 minutes and they were very friendly and fast. Answered every question and was able to have a specialist technician look into my photos to get me the best price they could offer. Great customer service.

The most complete converter catalog I have found. However, I have been trying to work through their Center to finish my Company's registration and coordinate the shipping and/or pick up of my converters without much success. Their prices are acceptable but they do not communicate very well and don't seem to be interested in conducting business.

It's a decent app to get a general idea of a price, unfortunately most of their prices are pretty low, sometimes 150.00 or more lower on a single converter. I understand they're a business and need to make money, but prices shouldn't be that far off no matter what region you're in. Good app setup, but their pricing should be a lot more accurate and not so low.

I like the concept of the app However, i have been having a very difficult time with some aspects of it. For starters, maybe i am just a clumsy guy but i have several times where the search engine got activated prematurely and thus no results and it costs a search credit. FRUSTRATING 😡 Then i have had more than a few times where a catalytic converter that is off of a very common car does NOT show any results but yet still costs a search credit. MORE FRUSTRATION 🤬i have many complaints,no space

Very poor pricing and not transparent at all. Overcharging you with their autorecharge that can not be cancelled within the app. Will never recommend it to anyone in a million years (FYO I have talked to and they have refused to resolve my issue)

At the first glance, it was pretty hard to find out how the application works, how is the credit system and how much the catalogue costs, but after I find out, it turns out that it's a very useful application. Catalogue is well categorised, and it uses your credit even if you navigate in them, but not sure exactly how. Also, couldn't find out if the search is case-insensitive or not, or if it uses wildcards automatically. So, the experience is not straightforward, but 5 stars for the data.
