Update 2/18/25: After following tthe suggestions from the app works again as expected. Suppot was quick to respond and their steps were helpful and worked. Upgraded to a Samsung galaxy s21 app ran fine for awhile but now app won't stay open and won't save data from BP monitor.

Minimalist. As in works minimally. Received the monitor. Loaded and synced the app. Took three readings and they were transferred, but no trend graph; just a single line. Clunky navigation too. Why use the menu bar to get to your history readings instead of just tabs to navigate quickly without all the silly time consuming "X's"? History graph is useless. Only shows one reading from each day instead of averaging entire day, so trends are completely unhelpful.

Why does it need my name and zip code to sign up. Age and gender kinda of make sense. Name and zip code arent needed, those should be optional. Why do I need an at all? Still 1 star. Actually this is going in the trashcan.

Functional and well-designed, while a tad simplistic. One simple feature I wish they'd add is the ability to add a note to a historical entry. It seems I can only copy or delete entries, not add a note to myself. For example, I would want to add a note that says, "Before drinking coffee," to an test I took at 5am and then a now that says, "After drinking coffee," to one a took an hour later, etc. This would help me for differences as I discover what affects my numbers.

Works perfect every time. I have the all in one monitor that I use on my arm at home, and the wrist monitor I use at work or on trips. Both sync perfectly well with all of my phones (Pixel 3a, Pixel 4a, and an iphone se 2020). I do wish the app would sync the BP data to google fit, but I have every measurement I've taken since day 1 with both monitors. It syncs in the cloud as well so no matter which phone or tablet I pick up all of my readings are there no matter which one I used to sync with.

Updated review: After installing latest App update, everything worked fine. The app synced with the monitor flawlessly. Thanks for the team to take prompt action to rectify the issue. ------------... Utterly disappointed! I tried to pair my Samsung Note 9 with my new Balance Bluetooth Monitor, it never pairs despite numerous tries! Bluetooth pairing is such a simple process...and this is problematic for this monitor/app, seems few bugs still need to be fixed!!

Easy to use but would like to be able to get better history reports. The only output is all readings in plain text (csv file format). There are no output filters. To prepare a report for a doctor visit, you must know Excel or another spreadsheet program. BALANCE should provide output by A or B and by date range. Color coding of readings in a report would be useful to easily find out of normal readings. Also, print pairing instructions on the back of the case. It would be handy.

Unreliable. Recently been having some critical blood pressure issues and it has stopped syncing to my phone. Sometimes the app opens as if I've never used it before and forces me to again and again. But now it just won't sync at all even after removing and adding it back. This is more of a hassle than a convenience. Completely let me down when I need it the most. Go with another Brand. But I guess if you're reading this, you already bought it. Good luck to you.
