Update 2: why does it take forever to start when opening from a notification? This app is completely ridiculous. Update: obviously no one reads these reviews. But what happened to the hourly forecast? Only 8 hours now?! PLEASE FIX THE MAP ISSUE! It's been a while since my last review. Things have been going better, but whenever there's a map in an article lately, there's nothing below it. Also journalists, please proofread. It's not awful, but you can do better.

This only happens when I'm watching a news story, and that's when I'm reading a news story: Because of an ad needing to be put up before I watch a news story. Sometimes there is a glitch to where the news story wants to show first. And not the ad. Which causes a freezing problem. Which is frustrating. Because I think you should wipe out completely ads on videos. Because they are very glitchy in which the way you show videos. And video troubles give you three stars versus five

The stories and information are well presented, but l do have a complaint about how the app functions. When selecting an article within a sub-category in the "Explore" menu, after the article is completed the back arrow takes you back to "Explore" menu instead of the sub-category. Then you need to go back into the sub-category and scroll down where you left off to get to the next article.

I turned off push notifications for this app because I can read the news WHEN I FREAKING WANT TO and it still sends notifications!!! Multiple ones per day!!! Ridiculous, disruptive, annoying on every level. What a joke. Deleting immediately.

The app worked okay when I first installed it. Then when I would get a notification the news story would not come up. "OOPS, SOMETHING HAPPENED " Yeah, I guess. I've uninstalled and installed again. Twice. Still same thing happening. Bye-bye!

****I'm trying this app again. Will give another update. **** Stop making everything for iphones! I have the Samsung Discover and I can't watch the videos for the won't play. Please change the video format so those of us who have regular smartphone not iphones can also enjoy this app.

I have been having issues with the app. It will not stop giving me notification when weather alerts are happening. I have turned them off in the app and in the phone settings still coming through

The latest update is terrible I rarely get local news and weather and when I do it's from the day before And I not interested in TND. This needs to be fixed I'm getting ready to uninstall this app.
