I still have the same note about the update to new app. I cannot see any other cities to connect with potential clients. I ed the new app it's not working as it should. The site stated about month ago it would update, still nothing. And your app is essentially a great place to connect with people who truly need help.

Update: After yet another call in literally what was 5-10 minutes my issue was fixed.[original post->Deleted an old after my mother ed and tried to set up a new . It won't allow me to use my number as it keeps stating the old uses it. I called and spoke to several people even asked for a callback (they never called back) and STILL not able to simply remove my number so I can create a new . If you delete an delete your number first.]

I am allegedly 80% done with this application and apparently I've been "reached out to multiple times" about being a caregiver to finish providing information despite not receiving one phonecall on my only phone from their service except for only when I'm constantly blowing up their voicemailbox. I would love to do this through the app and I would be more than happy to if it didn't break when you try to open the settings tab

The update by August 30 doesn't update. It asks to install on another device. I've been with Carelinx almost 2 years and have various problems already covered by other reviewers. I clock in and go to health questions. The app won't accept answers and then my clock in disappears. The biggest problem I have is getting paid. I HAD 10 carelinx clients but am down to 2. The rest of my clients are either private pay or another agency. The 2 Carelinx patients I have really need the help.

They use to pay me a few days after submitting my timesheet but now I'm waiting weeks and weeks to get paid for work I've already completed! What type of company waits forever and day to pay people!? No wonder why they can't keep quality workers! Do better CareLinx! 7-10 business days? That's laughable! I wait 3 weeks or more and I have to call several times to get it corrected. They flagged my timesheet for being 1 minute over my allotted time and that's because the app lags! Do better!

Sometimes this app will not accurately record where I was when I am working. (Or maybe my phone is just odd?) Otherwise, it is pretty useful for making sure my work time is accurately recorded.

Having Trouble to the app. It's not letting me like keep trying and trying. And I delete the app and then I. Reinstated it again and it still doesn't do anything. It doesn't it. I don't know what else to do so I need help thank you.

I have been trying to this new app for over a week it won't let me get the last step before ing. I've called 5 times to get some help no one is ever available and I'm having to leave messages no every returned any of my calls.
