Absolutely worst app ever and seriously needs improvements instantly takes money from your tells you incorrect times on when a taxi will be arriving. If you click back on your phone by accident automatically cancels your trip and you get no refund! One of the worst apps I've ever seen before actually. Taken easily hundreds of dollars and made me late to so many places now.

First time using this app yesterday. Driver cancelled my ride within minutes. They alleged they couldn't find my house. Well, you're not going to find it in two minutes on the other side of my suburb. Also, they take the fare charge immediately, even if cancelled. I had a $33 PayPal charge on my for at least one hour before they refunded it, which is outrageous. I ended up having to call an Uber and was late to my destination because of this. Never again!

Charged twice and 13 cabs refuse to investigate! ---- DO NOT USE! Booked with the app but used a cab charge voucher to pay, plus cash and tip, even put it in the comments of the booking, but my credit card was also charged more than the driver charged me (Inc tip!) Requested a refund but they refused unless I produce the cab charge receipt, even though payment with a voucher must be logged using a unique code and the driver will as we talked the whole way for over an hour. Criminal!

What is the point of pre booking a cab for an early flight, when your driver's do not take the trip. Then when you try to a person you get a generic audio msg. It's unacceptable when ppl need to travel for work.

Absolutely terrible. I tried to schedule a taxi fifteen hours in advance which remained pending for fourteen and a half hours at which point I called 13CABS and the lady booked the cab immediately (credit to her). Sadly the taxi never arrived. While waiting, I managed to update the Uber app, update my payment information and book an Uber 6 minutes away. I was late back to work and I've given more money to Uber which I don't like. Fix your business model, this is why taxis are no longer the go to

App is a scam. Booked a van but they sent an SUV. I got charged the van rate still and they refused to remedy the issue. Also, no option to directly chat with operator.

Usually works fine however has bugs since last update. Is not showing drivers position under 5 minutes away and not sending updates to say driver is approaching. Caused 2 cancellations on me. So lucky the last driver called me otherwise I would have missed it. Even showed him in the car that it was still showing him 2 suburbs away! Have already sent an enquiry/let 13CABS know about this bug
