Good, but needs more audio options. I paid for this app to create my own workouts, and I am happy with the app in general. My major complaint is that there is no way to mute or adjust the volume of the tones between exercises. I can only adjust my phone volume in general, but that means if I want to turn down the tones, then I can't listen to my music. Please fix this and I'll update my review.

This is a very interesting app and I love it but it sometimes blocks and consequently I miss the right timing for changing between exercise and rest ( I do exercise listening to the sound only ). As soon as I notice a bit too long interval, I have to go to tap the screen, however, it sucks making me lose the whole regular rhythm and exercise effect. It happens every 3 - 4 times. All other Tabata apps I used in the past never showed this phenomenon on the same android smartphone.

I used to like this app, but recently it kept asking to sync to my Google every time I'd open the app or switch to it from another app. For being free, it has some good features but got intolerably annoying. I uninstalled. Other con: there's no way to skip ahead (or go back) to an exercise. Let's say you accidentally close a routine or are tired of a certain segment of it, there's no way to skip ahead to the next moves. You have to start at the beginning every single time.

easy to use - you can make your own or use the pre-made. I've been using the free version for about a year or two. what I like the most is you can play your music and this will work with it. what I don't like is it can be active confusing at first trying to figure out their format to create or adjust their workouts. haven't bothered looking for any other apps bc this one works just fine. 4 stars just bc it is a pay for services (guess I'm just a cheapster).

Only tried it a couple of times so far but I'm liking it. It's got a clean UI and nothing's over complicated. :0) Edit! Recently it has started kicking me out of routines after the second round starts and it's as though I never did them. Hi developers, please take a look at this as i loved this app. (I'm on an LG V30)

Pros: You can schedule a workout and get reminders, and I liked the ability to customize the duration of the workout and the rests. Cons: Very repetitive. Almost all of the workouts were the same movements (mountain climbers and burpees were in almost all of the preset routines). There were only 4 exercises per workout. It looks like there is some customization if you pay for it, but I'm not sure how many more exercises they give you with that, so I don't know if it's worth it.

Wants a whole heap of personal information I don't believe it needs, and wants to store that information in a cloud or something. The menus don't make sense. It was recommended to me by a friend but it seems you have to know about Tabata before the app makes sense. Oh, and it says timer in the app title. I can't find the timer. Edited to add timer comment, and fix spelling.

It's a great app. I like putting custom workouts together for my own skill level and mood. Two request: More custom workout images/covers and more exercises to choose from. I ad a lot of my own but not sure if the calorie burn is accurate for the ones I add. 4 stars because unless you love seeing the workout stats and digital organization tool, you don't need to pay for this app. I enjoy it.
