The NissanConnect® EV & Services** app is designed especially for owners and drivers of the Nissan LEAF®. The NissanConnect EV & Services** app lets you manage the unique features of your LEAF like charging the battery, adjusting climate controls and checking the battery status, all from your mobile device and Wear OS. You can also personalize the app dashboard with the features that you use the most.LEAF drivers require an active subscription to access the features of NissanConnect EV**, but it is complimentary for the first three years of ownership.
NissanConnect EV & Services is available for the following models and trim levels (Model Year 2018-2023):
- LEAF SV
- LEAF SV PLUS
- LEAF SL PLUS
Model year 2018-2023 LEAF owners require an active subscription to NissanConnect EV with Services** powered by SiriusXM®. As an added security measure, a PIN is required before the Remote Door Lock/Unlock feature can be used. This PIN is established when enrolling in NissanConnect EV with Services**. If you have not yet enrolled in NissanConnect EV with Services** or need to reset your PIN, the NissanConnect EV & Services app or visit www.owners.nissanusa.com.

NO CONTROL TO TURN OFF CHARGING REMOTELY It helps to be able to TURN ON charging remotely, but there is no control to TURN OFF remotely. Very slow application Big delay for status After installing there is nowhere to find the application shortcut. Is working and this application can become a great application but it needs work!

very limited on usage. For example, one needs 2 "buttons" to turn on and off climate control. Also, you can only have 6 feature buttons available for use. the GPS needs to know where you are leaving from. why can't it just know where you are and that is the starting point. awkward to use in general. plus many other issues. Can't tell if climate control is on or off by display on the app. one should be able to stop charging remotely via the app.

Terrible app. Takes multiple attempts to finally read the current charge status. It keeps giving old statuses. No ability to turn off charging. No ability to schedule charging via app. Does not give the actual charging rate in kw. Does not allow you to charge up to a certain percent. Has a bunch of (pay) features I'll luckily never use. It is good for turning on climate control, but takes 20x longer then just pressing the remote start on my old car. Does anyone at Nissan use this?

Unreliable based on how long it takes to connect. once it finally connects, it shows outdated battery info; it seems like it stores the info from several days ago. it would be great if it would update itself each time i charge or drive, but it seems to only update when i open the app. If it's only going to display the last info i saw, i should just take a screenshot when i use the app so i can refer back to it in the future, rather than waiting forever to connect & show the old levels.

Takes many attempts and time to finally communicate with the car. Still doesn't give the actual status unless you update multiple times. Cannot turn off charging. Does not allow you to charge up to a certain percent. This app should be a superset of what you can do in the car. Also, the car should be able to limit charging to 80% or whatever level you want. Nissan eat your own dog food. This is unbearable.

I'm starting with 3 stars. I've heard complaints about delay. If you think like a programmer. 1. The app on your phone has to communicate with the Nissan cloud service. 2. Cloud service has to communicate with your car. 3 Validation and then perform the function requested. You're expecting instant gradification. NO not going to happen. The car is using a T-Mobile connection at whatever speed Nissan negotiated with the Internet service provider. So, it's never going to meet your expectations.

Very laggy... Is this a power saving thing? It also is missing super obvious features like "defrost." You have to leave defrost on the last time you turned it off. Then it will resume that mode.

Worst app ever. I turn on my climate control to warm up my car and I keep getting messages telling me that they can't turn it on. Thankfully, my car doesn't listen to this app and it warms up.
