The worst customer service. And broken things in app like push notifications you don't subscribe to but you get because they mislabele categories. Also app is wonky in many areas. Could easily be three stars if they simply cared about of bugs.

I love the articles from Sun Sentinel, but I cannot access them when they are posted in Facebook. I keep getting an error message that they're not compatible with Google and that I need to the developer. The other problem is that when I tried to email the developer with the information given here, I had the email returned because it says it's the wrong email address. -_-

The app was fine, however over the last couple of weeks, when we need information the most due to the pandemic, the app keeps blocking me. I have an and called tech several times, they are aware of the problem but have down nothing to fix it. This is absolutely inexcusable during a time when we need information more than we ever have.

I subscribe through Google app, I started having all kind of problems even though my credit card is being bill. I then cancel my subscription and subscribe directly through the app. They are billing my credit card and it shows that I am not subscribed. Shame on you sunsentinel. It shouldn't be this difficult and I am sure I am not the only one with this problem

The latest update has ruined the app. I am a paid subscriber and the web based interface is unusable due to the way ads are displayed and now the app based interface is unusable too. The logo doesn't even display correctly. Obvious lack of care and disrespectful to paying customers.

I paid for a monthly subscription and this app will not recognize the fact that I paid for a subscription. Every time I open the app to read the news the app states that I read my quota of free stories for the month. I tried updating my subscription, but that did not work I also tried ing the Sun Sentinel and they stated they couldn't find my subscription so I just cancelled it. By the way, I was billed for this monthly subscription. I'll just use the Miami Herald.

Won't let me read the stories although I have an active digital subscription. I've uninstalled, cleared cache, etc. It continually tells me I need a digital subscription. Customer Service solution was to read it on a web browser - doesn't solve the issue with the app!

Really bad customer service. Called 4 months ago to get my subscription cancelled and emailed two times to confirm it was cancelled. Got charged still for the renewal of my . Called multiple times and emailed multiple times and you guys still didn't cancel. Will be disputing the charges with my bank.
