$3 for a 1yr sub and have gotten locked out of the mobile and web versions, despite clearing cookies and logging in again. I screenshot the order form and confirmations as I knew there would eventually be problems, as there has been with this of and on for several years (why I refuse to pay more than promo rates). The only way to resolve subscription issues is via a phone call - no email, no help forms. Any more time wasted and I'll cut this paper loose despite reading it since the 1970s

If you can read a given article, it's still good journalism (as The Courant always has been). But this app fails to load or remain readable 90% of the time on a Pixel 6, Pixel 7 and on an HTC... on Verizon, on T-Mobile, and on WiFi. I've complained. They say they're "having technical issues." It's been malfunctioning for the better part of two years. Pretty amazing that they still haven't fixed this pay-for app. I read local news on other sources because of this (Patch, NBC CT).

Very disappointing and cumbersome, not -friendly to read digital edition online or in the app. Would really prefer to just receive the physical paper we paid for. After 3 weeks of not one successful delivery, I struggle to understand how this paper has stayed in business as long as it has. Customer Service is all in the Philippines (?!) and after 12+ calls I still don't have an explanation as to why we haven't been delivered to yet. Requested a full refund 3x, still don't have that either!

The app routinely tells me that I have reached my free article limit, even though I am a paying customer. I reinstalled it out of frustration and now I can't at all. Also, the number of ads that I have to endure, again, as a paying customer, is excessive. Useless junk.

I use this because our paper only shows up about half the time. The app used to be tolerable but yesterday it started to freeze up and has been unusable since then. Now the app won't access the paper at all. It only gives a "web page unavailable" message.

When viewing the E-Edition after viewing a specific article the page turning seems to get stuck. E g. If you view an article from page 22 when you close the article it shows either page 21 or 23 but won't turn to 22. Also, when viewing a article from E-Edition would be nice if you could resize that popup window.

I paid 2 months ago for digital online, with a credit/debit card, and Courant, though flooding me with news (articles) since, as if they recognized me as a paid subscribet (which I was) but continued to block ne as soon as I opened an online one, asking me to subscribe, yet my checking acct statement keeps withdrawing my monthly rate I signed up for, but I can't READ any of it, though I paid in Octobet 2023 for a 6 month online subscription. Anyone out there can tell me how to cancel??!!

What a joke of a newspaper the Courant has become under their new Venture Capitalist owners. All u get are wire service stories & terrible local coverageas to boo. The only exception is Sports where one writer, Dom Amore, writes EVERY single story & ALL columns about EVERY sport! I hope they pay this guy a lot of cash bc without him, they wouldn't HAVE s sports section. Sadly, we all know it's just a matter of time before the VC has squeezed the last penny out and closes it for good.
