Decent... when it works. Too many bugs, blank screens, and freezes. Articles are easy to read as long as you're good with one paragraph and half a sentence of the second. That's all you get on about 75% off the links. Paying subscribers deserve better.

Paper is getting better, sometimes I have a hard time logging in.

This is a convenient way to read the daily newspaper as well as to get recent, breaking news. The only negative aspects are, even as a subscriber you see some ads, and sometimes your article refreshes while you're in the middle of reading. Otherwise, its like having today's paper in your palm as well as part of tomorrow's.

There is no way to cancel my subscription on this app. I have followed the directions given to me on the FAQs section of the app and am still unable to find a way to cancel my subscription that was supposed to be 9.99 per month but has been 16.99 per month. To be honest, neither is worth the cost for the Baltimore Sun.

I have tried to make this app provide "Silent" notifications only, but my phone still vibrates. I also tried not having any notifications from this app at all (through Android), but they still pop up. This is the only app I have this issue with. If there's no resolution on this, I'll have to delete the app to prevent distractions.

Hands down the worst digital news app. Full of bugs and ads. Purchased a digital subscription it never worked customer is terrible. All I wanted to do was my local journalism but such a poor experience it can die in darkness. I will take my money elsewhere to other news providers.

Couldn't . I tried creating an using my usual email address, and the app said I'd already used this address to with Facebook in the past, so please click the Facebook button. I did, and it attempts to authenticate with Facebook, but doesn't open the Facebook app (tries to do it in a browser window) and the Facebook service doesn't allow that, saying "please install the Facebook app"... It is installed, but the Sun app doesn't open it. Dead end.

It is very frustrating that the app is not accessible to the blind. I pay each month hoping they will fix it, but no such luck. Sad with so many of us who are blind in the city and the home of NFB. It does not es port well into the Android News app, but they put up a paywall that drives you to the app.
