I've been trying to log-in to this app but since i i can't get into the system. It always says incorrect name or . I've tried asking for a new but haven't received any email link. I've got only 1 email since then, the one with my log-in credentials. Please look into this issue cause it will end up a waste of time promoting and installing this app when the cant even use it.

Can't to app when you need it. It says "There is an unusual attempt from your " etc. and that does not let you enter the app. I even updated the app prior to this. Retried a few more times and it went through.

A bunch of textbox for OTP? opening different pages are just stacking them up not replacing the recent page. Sudden pop ups that doesn't automatically enables the said setting or maybe just redirect the there.

I am sharing my experience with the HeyPhil PhilCare HMO application. I would like to commend the exceptional performance of the app, which, in my opinion, sures that of other HMO applications I have previously encountered. I did not encounter any issues during the installation process of the HeyPhil application. The -friendly interface of the app made it easy for me to navigate and locate Philcare accredited hospitals and doctors for consultations efficiently. I am very impressed.

it's so hard locating in network providers in the providers tab, sometime you're searching for dentist and they will show you only 2 providers and they're ophthalmologist. Once I was sick and needed to go to see a doctor I tried reaching their chat team, It's like almost 3 hours and no is replying in my concern. Additionally, the phone numbers of their participating clinics I tried reaching to them there were 8 clinics and only 2 responded, This sucks.
