From the main screen of the MyPrevea App, Prevea patients can obtain up-to-date and useful information about Prevea Health. You can search for:
• Wait times at all Prevea Urgent Care locations
• Prevea doctors and other providers
• Prevea Health Center locations

In addition, you can quickly access your MyPrevea off of the main screen to:
• View any of your confidential health information including lab and test results, as soon as they’re available
• Access a list of your medications and immunization records
• Stay in touch with your doctor and other providers
• Request and track prescription refills
• Request and/or manage your Prevea appointments

The MyPrevea app is brilliant. This app has saved me so much time in ing my providers. For example,, I know that once I leave a message for one of my providers, that I will get a timely message back from them on the app. It is so much better than waiting for a phone call. I really like the app but it's sometimes hard to navigate. Where is my bill mailed from because "You owe" showed up first thing. Kind of demeaning when I always pay my bills in a timely manner once I receive my hard copy. Please cut the number of reminders for appointments and don't call me from an unknown number. Identify "prevea". Thank you.

I love this app, it's so convenient. If I have a question I can send a message and I usually get an answer within the same day if not the next day. For meds refill I don't have to call n wait forever I can simply click the refill button and boom it's in the pharmacy. So quick and easy. Best ever!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

App was great at first but now it won't show my billing statements or anything. Which kind of makes it worthless. I've ed them and they say it is fixed and it definitely isn't. I want to see my bills so I know what I'm paying for.

I enjoy the convenience of the app for medication, appointments and questions. The nurses are available and willing to help as soon as they are available. Usually very polite also.

This app is so easy to use but not only that the team I have is quick to respond as I work during their hours we message alot. PREVEA had been the best care with the best staff highly recommended!!!!!!

I really like having access to my records 24/7. My only complaint would be when I message the office and request to be ed by phone most of the time they don't. Why give me options to choose from if you aren't going to honor my request?

Update 4-8-19 evening The app is back up and running. I'm still giving it only 3 stars because i can't send a message to my doctor despite having the button in the screen.
