The remote has started behaving poorly even with new batteries in it. When you press the forward or back keys, there is no movement on the YouTube videos. It appears frozen. Also there are so many Shorts and Games being ed when I have not made any choice for them. Then comes infamous unceasing ads pop ups which Samsung has allowed on YOUTUBE and Facebook, indeed on all media. No ad lasts less than 5 seconds. Some ads pop up to last up to 35 to 45 seconds even some lasting 95 seconds.

Ads every few clicks, pop-ups, and long ones. trying to close the ads crashes the app, and then when I open it again, I have to rewatch the ads. also, at one point, I clicked buttons too many times, and it tried to make me pay, so I was stuck rewinding a video until I found the remote almost 2 hours later.

useless. requires wifi, not Bluetooth. also requires a working remote to do anything. giving this app anything higher than 1 star is a paid review or a bot. the only reason to this app is for a broken or missing remote, which is required to link your phone to the TV from the app.

terrible, why pay a fee for an app that's so basic and is actually terrible totally unusable without paying, and the price is literally crazy. it's a freakin remote. and it doesn't even work. awful, do not this garbage

This app is useless. I installed this app because my tv's remote control is not working, then after installing this crazy app asking me to use my remote control to allow its use then asking for 299 pesos monthly subscription 🤣😂😅

unusable. i try to connect with the TV and it sends the signal but the app times out the request before I can accept to connect

I lost my remote thought this app could help, but it couldn't, it can't turn on the tv without the tv remote itself.
