Too many adds! TOO MANY ADDS! Doesn't work without the real remote to confirm it, which defeats the whole purpose of the app. I got mad and broke my remote, so I ed this app. Needless to say, it was less stressful to put the remote back together and use it instead of the app. Not worth it. And the paid version, look, just go buy a universal remote at the dollar store. I promise you will be better off.

The free version is terrible. I bought the "lifetime" version. It still asks me to buy every time I open the app. Next and worst of all, the remote constantly asks to "allow" it to connect to the TV. It will not connect without or work. You can only do "allow" with the physical remote control. I wouldn't need the app if I had the physical remote control. It renders the app WORTHLESS!

Asks for 5 star rating the second you open the app. Then throws an ad. And another ad. And another ad. Then tries to force you to pay a subscription fee with a misleading continue button. If you get around that, you guessed it, it throws more ads! And then after all that it does absolutely nothing, just a blank white screen that, when you back out of it, throws yet another ad. Literally all of these reviews have to be fake, or are from peeps they asked for reviews before they even got in. Avoid!

Doesn't work if you have already lost your remote. Samsung smart TV's have only 1 button underneath them that works everything. When this app needs to connect to your TV, it tells you that you have to click "allow" on your TV. As soon as you touch the button underneath the TV, the "allow, cancel" option dissappears and the factory menu appears at the bottom of the TV. So, if you have already lost your remote, this app is as useful as a screen door on a submarine.

Free version Doesnt work well. The iOS Smart Things app is so much better and is also free with zero ads. This app is riddled with ads which is frustrating enough. Add in the fact that it's functionality is subpar and it's no different than clicking "install headache". Giving the app the benefit of the doubt and itting it could be because I'm using an older galaxy phone because i broke my iPhone and am waiting for mail. Maybe app is worth a try for newer phones or those willing to pay

Paid for and the features are still non-reactive. Just wanted to reset my TV to attempt to fix a black screen. TV plays all sound just fine whether from the TV or casting from another device . . everything works but the screen has suddenly gone black. No help with this remote even behind the pay wall

I ed this because my samsung smart things app no longer has the tv remote feature and we often lose the remote... anyway it works but there are sooo many adds and the permission constantly pops up on my tv even when the app is connected.. I can't use it unless I hit allow 50 million times but that defeats the purpose if I can't find the regular remote... I will find another app

The reason for ing this app and others I've tried is because I no longer have the original TV remote. App connects fine to my Samsung TV, but you have to allow permission, which pops up on the TV screen, which also requires the TV remote. If I had the actual remote, I wouldn't be ing the app to use! Maybe I'm unaware of another way to do this without the actual remote? If so, someone explain how, please.
