Meteo Weather Widget is a weather app showing the weather in a very detailed way at a glance on your home screen. While many weather apps are showing the weather forecast in a rather basic way, this app does that by visualizing the forecast in a so-called meteogram. Doing so shows you a much better overview of when exactly rain will fall, the sun will be shining, when it will become cloudy...The main focus of the app consists in showing the meteogram on a small home screen widget (e.g. a 4X1 widget). Even while the widget does not occupy that much space on the home screen, it still manages showing the forecast in a clear way. Simply add a widget on your home screen, specify your location (or let the widget automatically determine your location) and the weather forecast appears on your home screen.
The meteogram shows the temperature and expected precipitation for the complete forecast period. Besides those weather elements, the wind speed, wind direction and air pressure can also be visualized on the meteogram. The has all freedom to customize how the meteogram should look like.
Feature overview:
• Temperature, precipitation, wind and pressure
• Cloudiness / clearness indication
• Short-term forecast (next 24 or 48 hours)
• Short-term forecast for the next 5 days
• Lots of settings: colors, weather elements, ...
Features exclusively available in this Donate version:
• Widget providing a long-term forecast (next 10 days)
• Show humidity percentage
• Show sunrise and sunset
• Show wind vane for wind direction
• Better (temperature) graph visualization (f.e. color the graph in blue when the temperature falls below freezing, custom line thickness and style, ...)
• Show moon phase
• Show wind chill
• Feature allowing you to save current settings as default settings
• Enable more weather providers (via in-app subscription)
• For the United States only: NOAA as weather provider

The app is quite lightweight (low resource usage on data and memory) but still full featured, the weather info for the next days is presented in a concise and nice way. The used weather provider has really good forecasts, with quite a detailed regional grid. I had one issue specific to my phone brand... but the developer fixed it within a reasonable time after I reported it- so also 5* for the .

Absolutely lovely app. Heavily customisable and thus I set it to a dark/transparent version similar to the lovely discontinued Aix app. 2025, still loving it, would suggest that every time you change a setting it should auto save it instead of actively having to go to the bottom of the menu. Or have a hovering save and cancel button. Very often I just change location and have to go to the bottom. Not a big thing.

One of the best widget apps for weather forecasts. Well done Benny on a great app. Some suggestions / bugs: 1) On 7+ day forecast, the Min/Max badges should have an option to see what the Min/Max is for each day (not the whole week). 2) On 7+ day forecast, there seems to be a bug which means the graph doesn't start from "now", It is Thursday here, and it shoes Saturday as the first day (no label for some reason), and then Sunday onwards shows. I cant work out what is going on here. 3) In the title of any graph, would be good to have forecast "Min/Max temps" for the day in the title. 4) Can tides be added as an option? I'm picturing it to look similar to any of the other chart options, but instead tracks tides which are no doubt available via the weather service provider? Hopefully that's something to think about :). Great app though. Thanks - Tony

It's on my home screen and tells me everything I needed at a glance. Excellent app. The only problem having with it is the 24 or 48 hours (have it checked for 48) forecast setting keeps unchecking itself at random. Just a minor annoyance but hopefully something the developer can look into. Edit: I've always tapped on the right.

The Best Out There. Was looking for something to replace the Dark Sky widget and here it is. Found this and was very impressed to say the least. It is now bang in the middle of my home screen. The forecast is very accurate, the widget is ultra customisable, so you can change it to suit your personal liking. Anyone who is looking for a reliable customisable weather widget, then this is the one. Thanks guys for the great work.

Just installed this after aix stopped working. No way to get into settings once you've added the widget, you have to delete the widget and add a new one. Tapping on the app just gives a walkthrough and tapping on the widget does nothing.. -------------------- Update: I fixed it. You have to long press the app icon in your app drawer, then go to "app info", then go to "other permissions", then enable "Display pop-up windows while running in the background." Now I can access the settings by tapping on the widget. 5 stars

Can't believe I've used this app so long and neglected to review it. This is an essential app, its widget goes straight on the centre of my main home screen. It's so damn efficient at communicating what you need to know, and ultra customisable. The forecast is ALWAYS bang on accurate, to the point I know for certain if it's raining outside with needing to look. One of the best apps there is.

This is the most-looked-at widget on my phone. Highly customizable. Pretty enough to be a feature of my home screen. So much info at a glance. A glitch in the last update broke the day/night indicator. I trust that will be fixed soon. EDIT: Dev ed me about bug report immediately- same day. Reported bug was fixed and published within 24 hours. I'm impressed! App back to 100%. Thanks!
