I installed this app for the obvious reason - I wanted to have a flashlight on my phone, and it worked as expected for months. Now, everytime I click the icon to turn it on, I have to watch a 30 second ad before the light will work. The power just went out in my house and as I quickly opened my phone to 'turn the flashlight on' and figure out what just happened, I had to sit and watch an ad first. Absolute garbage. I don't mind ad banners or whatever, but this is ridiculous. Uninstalling now.

Nice to have option for camera light (bright) or screen (soft nightlight). But WHY complicate it & have to touch the 3 upper corner dots to turn on the 2 icons??? Just leave them both on the main screen at start to eliminate extra steps!! Would have given 5* otherwise - still a very good app; small & ad free. Quick response from developer; looking forward to next Update! Did update w/the flashlight/screen selection staying visible...** Added intrusive ads w/info to 3rd parties... deleted app

pros -It turns on instantly, fast to load. -It has 3 modes: screen light, flashlight and both at the same time mide. -It hasn't affected any hardware or software. -It has a timer. cons - Ads, as 98% of free apps, but a PROs in the cons, is that hey are at the end of the screen, so they won't bother ya. Really easy and good flashlight app.

I originally selected the app due to nice interface, a multi-color option, and allure of no ads. Turning the flashlight on works by simply pushing the on button once...as expected. Turning off was an annoyance since often I had to tap GUI interface off, on, and off again to actually get the light to turn off. This was a tolerable up until recently, but now that the sequence to turn off the light is "off, on, watch mandatory 5 second ad, off", that's the last straw. Uninstalling now.

Simple and dependable. just the way it should be! Great options include timed lighting, strobe feature (3 levels, though the differences in speed are hardly noticable), and white-screen light with or without the led light (great for times when only a soft light is necessary, like midnight trips to the fridge or bathroom, lol). There are ads, but all the way at the bottom and not in the way. A great app!

I've only had this for a few days (since I had to reset my S9+ phone earlier this week) but it's by far better than my last one. It's quite when the phone volumes are down. My last one made a loud "pop" sound whenever I turned it on (hated that) This one does not do that, it's silent. Also it's very bright. So far it functions very well.

This is exactly whatI was looking for. Straightforward, easy to use, with just a few practical options. Use as a steady flahlight. Or use as a flashing strobe. You can use just the cameras outward facing light, which is very bright on its own. Or you can use the camera's flash combined with your lighted phone screen for an extra, warm light. That's it. I saved it to the top right of my phone screen, and added it to "always on". So it's always easily within reach. I highly recommend it.

WORKS! Like the proverbial charm. Fast and convenient. Just put the app icon on your screen where it is easily accessible and when you need light to illuminate your path - light will be there galore! I can wholeheartedly recommend this flashlight app. I have been using it for a over a year and find it a comfort knowing all I have to do in those dark moments that befall us all now and then, is touch it and it will brighten things up!
