Don't do it! Got signed up as a trial. Rep gave me 5 seats to try. After a few days I decided this wasn't it for me, never used the app after. A month later they charge the credit card on file. ed and rep to reverse the charges, still not done. Will need to the bank. Can't find anywhere to cancel and close the . Option to update card, but not remove! Was able to finally change the seats from 5 to 0, hopefully that does it. Not a good experience!

For the love of god can we please turn off the optimizer or whatever I've gone through the setting and can't find anything. Seriously all it does is take like ten different stops that just happened to be on the same road and crams them into one and then when you try to go through them you end up fighting with the system as it keeps trying to get you to do the stops in its own way forcing me to fight with it the whole time

Galaxy S10. When i and try to see my route it says i need to clock in, but it says error occurred when i click to clock in. If i click refresh route in settings it will briefly show me my route then go back to need to clock in. Cant seem to get clocked in so i cant perform my job. Large companies use this app. It is not acceptable for it to function this poorly. Also loses connection mid route often

This app has the ability to be 5 stars. It's just way too slow. Secondly, you can't filter/sort the list/map like on the scanner(handheld, zebra, etc.). So much potential. Reach out for more...

It freezes a lot!! When more you leave the terminal half way though the route more stops appear .

New update sucks app lags it slows down always glitching doesn't update real time stops very hard to manage on the manager side still doesn't let you generate time sheets from app only desktop
