It's sooooo painfully slow every time I use it. It lags so that if I select something more than once, it brings me to something else that I didn't want, then I have to wait a very long time for that to load before I can go back and start the process all over again. This is why I rarely use the app, and whenever possible, try to use the desktop computer when using the library website.

This is the absolute worst app😩 it usually crashes, but on the few rare occasions it does "work", it's SO super slow that it takes a ridiculous amount of time to request a book, and then if I'm lucky enough to get the book requested, it immediately crashes. Not fun👎

Looking at reviews they must have changed this app in the last few years because now it is close to unusable. When it actually does work it is painfully slow. It takes forever to load anything.

Good for the library in these times. Let's you know what you have due and new books. There is a second app I believe for audio books from there and it seems good as well.
