Don't use. Bad service specially with their agreement with pque. 1st: why send a tracking code when there's no way to track in your website? 2nd: no active customer service channel. Live chat in website is unresponsive, tried ing them on different days same result. Who do we talk to if there's an issue? 3rd: why require access to s? App won't work if you don't give this permission. They can get your list and store it somewhere. that's just lazy programming

The app itself is not flexible to use. Try fixing some bugs because it's super laggy and when i ed my phone number, i can't it directly even if I entered the right OTP, i have to refresh the app and get another pin.

It's my first time using this app and so far, i didn't have any difficulty using it. The driver who took my delivery is very kind and polite and gives me update on travel situation and the time of arrival, i do recommend using this app!.

First booking was failed Due to whatever reason maybe they can't find a driver.. I tried to book again. I booked around four and the rider arrived on the pick up point at 6PM. Seriously? *Uninstalled

Its a nice app but ill give 3 stars for now till i try your app with multiple drop off booking, COD remit options (for sellers and buyers who want COD and remit same day), Multiple Transaction, accurate address map pinning and reloadable wallet for cashless transactions.

For the KERI developers suggest you make the app available for online payment such as credit card gcash paymaya it would really help if this picture was in the app because most of the time i don't have crush on me but i have money on my gcash but i cannot use it because they only accept cash on delivery so thank you i hope soon this will be a feature

there aren't any riders available... ALL THE TIME like srlsy idk how would i be able to use this within NCR (note: tried all booking options: rush hour, non-rush hour, and even in the middle of the pandemic). I ended up booking grab express/lalamove for my deliveries 😂
