This new version has made it much more difficult for me as a daily rider. I relied on the multi-route real-time feature as a regular commuter to under-serviced parts of the city on weekends. I appreciate the attempt at helping as a "route planner," but I now can only real-time view 1 route at a time. I know the schedules, I know my options, I don't need a planner. I need to know which buses are actually coming and the update has made that more difficult. Both features should be able to coexist.

This redesigned app is AWFUL. Constantly shutting down. Only gives you one set of directions to get to a place. When you put in where you want to go, it doesn't tell you where to get on or get off. Only what bus to catch and that you have to walk. It probably does tell you but I wouldn't know since the app keeps shutting down. Google maps is much better except it doesn't let you know if a bus is canceled. Go back to the old way the app was running.

New "redesigned" app is almost completely useless now. It is so much harder to find any information about specific trains/lines. This was clearly designed for bus and subway s but it's nearly impossible to find out information about regional rails. The insane amount of reduced information and useability from the previous version is astounding (and that's saying something).

This app was a bit clunky, but useable. Today, the app was updated and the "new and improved" version is significantly worse. For one, all the color cueing I used to quickly differentiate the BSL, MFL, RR, and trolleys is gone! The monochromatic color might look cool but is more challenging to use when dashing to your bus/train. All my favorites and typical routes were lost, and there are more steps to viewing schedules. Just give me the normal timetable! Not impressed.

Finally updated its terrible app and I wish I could say the experience is better. In the new favorite design they highlight in block how long the trip is going to take as opposed to highlighting the number of minutes until departure. Does SEPTA even bother to get input on its design? Moreover it doesn't maintain the original departure time or indicate that a train is late, just changes the time to something else, which is fine if I had the original time for reference. Confusing! Just awful!

Doesn't work at all. I tried both the beta and stable versions of the app, and got the exact same result. Namely, it just seems to stay frozen at the main splash screen on start-up. For reference sake, This happened on an Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Android phone running the latest OS version (as of this post), which is 14. And, OneUI 6.1. Disregard the 1 star in this review, because it actually gets ZERO STARS. The old Septa app was better, since at least that one actually worked.

Old version worked fine, new version that just updated to won't get off of the opening screen so it's pretty much useless. I installed and reinstalled same problem. Need to fix this so I can find out if my train is late (which it usually is) so that I can plan accordingly. Raise the rates and break the only service that actually was reliable, way to go SEPTA.

The new app is HORRIBLE. Live arrival times don't match between the app and website. Can no longer see where the train is on the map, which was the only reliable method of determining when the train would arrive in the first place. Instead of showing originally scheduled time with "x minutes late", the app moves the whole time of the train (which still doesn't match up with the live arrival time listed).
