WAS really enjoying this game. Sadly I have just opened the app and all my progress has been lost. After completing the introduction again my board is still where it was but my character is back to level 1 and i cannot access settings. I would also like to add that upon opening the game I am given the message that my internet connection has been lost. This happens every single time. It also happens often during game play. Please tell me how all this can be fixed & I will happily change my rating

I was enjoying the game for a few days, then this evening I open it and my story progression and character level have reset, but my board was still fine. It is really weird. I won't uninstall it yet to see if they have a fix, but it has really ruined my experience.
