Works excellently even when I have a day of vision problems and have to set my system font size larger. I have not noticed any real change to battery drain rate, nor to load speed of web info in Firefox or other apps. I could wish for a "dark mode". I also wish I could prioritize connecting options within a specific time zone.

Great when in does work, however: Refuses to sign me in on some networks. Signs me in but refuses to connect on some others. App sometimes bugs out (initiate connection, nothing happens, close and reopen, works). I know this service is relatively new (at least in ), these things can happen. But asking 10€/mo for a half-working service is steep. Will check back in a few months to see if things got better, and update my review accordingly. I'd really like to use this, i trust Mozilla.

When it works, it works great. But there are a *lot* of features missing. Two examples: When in a low reception area, if you go to tap the toggle to turn the VPN on or off, there is *zero* indication that the app ed your tap. You just have to wait, and if after a while nothing happens you just have to... try again. There's also *zero* indication of current network speed or quality. I really want to Mozilla but for a VPN which has been out for years there's a lot missing still...

Setting up is annoying. When I'm switching to a new phone, I can't export/import nor backup App exceptions. I can't even use a manager properly without issues. The service is constantly blocked by websites and Wifi connections. Then there are many days where a specific connection to a city is having issues. In both cases it never notifies me. It just fruitlessly tries to connect. I am constantly missing urgent notifications because of these connection issues.

Worth it - very reasonably priced, connection is fast & stable majority of the time. My faith in Mozilla as an org influenced me a lot in taking the plunge and paying for the 1st month trial. Will be g up for the annual plan when my 1st month is up. Btw, the only app/website that the VPN just can't seem to fool is Netflix. No matter where I switch my location to, it still correctly detected my location and only offer me the catalogue available for my country only.

Good service. It slows down an internet connection only a little. Application works very well, there are some simple options. It is possible to connect through one or two "hops". Price is also ok.

Works as d. Mullvad is the back end and a secure network. Mozilla seems to get a cut and it seems like a good way to fund them. Speedtest on my desktop at home gives me 300 down but for some reason on the phone is a 100 down. It's not an issue, but is odd.

Don't you think we have the right to know your price structure before we sign up. EDIT: I'm keeping my initial REVIEW until I see this change as I see it as worthwhile . I am impressed with Mozilla and the software they have provided over the many years I have used them. Thunderbird, my email client of choice. Easy to work with and set rules, always had good natural workflow. Firefox is the same. They are responsive and actively doing their best to protect people online
