SECURITY FEATURES
• All data is encrypted, including Entry names, Category definitions and the data itself.
• Encrypts data using AES or Blowfish algorithms with key sizes of 256, 192 or 128 bits.
• When the data file is decrypted, up to all combinations of algorithm and key size are tried with the Master to unlock the data file. This makes brute force attacks longer. The app itself does not store any hint to the actual cipher or key size.
• Uses a randomly generated 'salt' combined with the Master . Salt helps to protect from off-line dictionary attacks.
• The key to open the data file is created by combining your master with the 512-bit 'salt'. The result is hashed 1000 times by SHA-256. Repetitive hashing makes a brute force attack more difficult.
• s auto destruction of the data file after a predefined number of unsuccessful unlocks have been tried.

I appreciate your response. I did everything that you suggested, and I know the correct and nothing has worked. I am thinking that the only solution is to do a reset which means I will lose my s. (old post) I've had the paid version for years. As of today, I can no longer access awallet with my or biometrics. I have utilized all the suggested remedies and I still cannot access the awallet cloud version vault.

I did nothing different, went to launch my app to check a , I had my fingerprint set up for access and that always worked. Suddenly it stopped and asking me to input the Master which I assume is the that I set up when I enabled the biometrics . I ed , no help as to why this would happen. I restored a backup as instructed and used the 100% CORRECT Master and it is not working, I cannot access the saved data. I Never Changed my not happy

I have used this program for over ten years now. Two years into using it I lost all my data transferring over to a new phone.....I loved this program, until then, and I wrote a negative review... Very soon..... The author of the program wrote a very simple reason for the occurance, and an even more simple way to correct it. Eight years later, I got a new phone and guess what......I loss all my data. I wrote a cautious but angry review. I got a nice note and a easy way to correct the mistake.

Great App until Android 10. I 've used this app for years and even recommended it to others. I experienced the Master Forgotten issue and I received the same response from the developer. I was pretty bummed out most of the week. Today I sat down and tried some s that I may have set it to and luckily figured it out. I felt and understand the pain that others are experiencing. Please add a feature to reset forgotten sword. Using fingerprint enhances forgetfullness.

Excellent implementation of a manager. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Use it to store any sensitive information, not just s. Big thumbs up to the developer who resists requests to add unnecessary frills. Cloud sync works flawlessly, coping with multiple phones and tablets on wifi or mobile networks. Flawlessly syncs even with intermittent network connections.

Just transferred all my s, addresses, etc. to my new phone. Re-installed the app from Play store without having to buy it again. Nice deal! Everything came over easy and works just like it used to. I also backed up to an SD card before transferring, just to be safe. This app works so well and has all the features I need in a manager.

It's a good app; however, I would like the option of changing back up/restore location to a directory/location of my choice instead of the mandatory location the app automatically writes to and reads from. Thanks for your response, but I already knew that. I'm simply saying that It would be HUGELY more convenient if we, the customer, could choose the backup/restore location.

I've had worsening memory and attention issues my whole life. I also have had more and more info to save or most of my life -- while requirements only get more confusing and varied. ing my PWs had gotten hard, guessing which version of a PW after having to change it 12 times was a nightmare. I digress. The point is, the free app got me control over this horribly frustrating predicament. I paid to upgrade that, and $5 now for Cloud? Least I can do. Thank you!
