Unusable app. No way of using the app if you're not German. Tickets purchased in the app for a concert that has been cancelled is virtually impossible to refund. It is not possible as an international visitor to find any for this useless and unusable app. Unfortunately you have no choice if the organiser of your favourite artist decides to use this brain dead service.

Fansale does not work, first you get redirected to a website, you have to again, end up at a random page instead of the ticket resale and then you get a permission denied error on the website. Horrible UX on the app and buggy website.
