I ed them multiple times. They pretend to have but its just emails that say nothing of substance and then tell you to have a nice day. Useless. They lost a guest and replaced it with one associated with a phone I haven't had for years. The they took had 1.6 million in coins. They replaced it with an old that has less than 200k. Tech and customer is non existent with this app.

The scoring is non-transparent, if not sketchy. I have been leading the score board, then won the round, and lost the game. The shuffling is DEFINITELY not ranodm. You are forced into landscape mode which is very unnecessary for the mechanics of this game. Such a simple game, but ruined by poor design choose and a greedy for microtransations.

The experience is fine but when I paid for subscriptions month after month it's not working properly. I brought the package for $200,000 a day in emojis but it doesn't work and they haven't reimbursed me after I complain and sent receipts. I wouldn't recommend anyone to get a subscription. They make you spend your money and won't allow you to lower your bet to make you spend all of your money and purchase more coins from them. I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and I'm very disappointed

I just tried to play my first game since the update and my screen is completely black after the cards are dealt and cannot see any cards. Like I said it's just a black screen. Is anybody else having this problem since the update? I lost all my money betting and for leaving the game. That is what happened last week, you guys fixed the problem,now it's happening again this week and you've taken all of my coins $200,000 worth again and just ain't doing anything to fix the problem!!!

I have been playing for years but the game clearly manipulates the cars in an effort to get you to purchase more coins. It is obvious that the way they set you up is like to the slots in Vegas.. It has actually taken the fun away and does not offer any rewards unless you are buying.. too much for profit a not enough fun anymore. I will be deleting this game after years and try something more fun friendly and not costs. Especially since they don’t give anything back

The game is ok. The part that gets me is, when you buy coins The game will try to take every penny you have to get you to buy more. Your winning streak will only last until they see you haven't brought coins in some time. It's really a scam. I will delete before I buy again. It's not that fun and no one has money to waste on a fake spades games.

It puts me into super expensive game and freezes before I can leave. Then I lose money. It's done this multiple times and never with the cheaper games. It makes me so angry because I love this game and would spend money but I'm not going to when I'm going to lose it again this way.
