I reinstalled the app twice already. It works just fine for a few weeks or months and then just starts sending you the reminder a day too early or stops sending it altogether. I forgot to put out the paper yesterday...which is quite annoying, since it's only connected every other week! Is this app actually being updated! It works even worse now than in 2015 when I first reviewed it (see text above), and the most recent reviews date back to 2020. At the moment it doesn't work at all.

As others have mentioned, notifications are broken. I ed the developer but they forwarded my request to my local governing entity. This means one of two things to me: 1. They've given up, as this is clearly is an app problem, nothing else. 2. Their contract put end out of scope. Either way, the app is just a fancy version of the paper calendar at the moment and I have now manually added a weekly reminder to my Google calendar. It's a shame as it used to work fine.

Notifications do not work most of the time. I keep missing pickups because of missing notifications. I open the app every week, just after I notice I missed a pickup again! The notifications seem to work much better on my wife's iOS. At this point it would be more useful to have pickup dates exported to my calendar.

This app could be so useful, but unfortunately it's not. At all. The notifications never work, the calendar is often empty so it states that there are "no collections this week" , even though there are and the app forgets my address sometimes and then doesn't list the street we live on. I really want to like this app, but it needs some serious fixing.

The app is perfect for people like me who often forget to take out the trash in time. I set a reminder to notify me the evening before trash is picked up, and I don't have to check the printed calendar anymore. The app proved to be even more accurate than the calendar, because there were some mistakes printed on it in my area. Finally, only the pickup dates for your personal house number are listed in the app, so there can be no confusion! :-)

No more notifications from two months and some settings disapeared... So I just uninstalled the app. Then I ed it several times. HUGE BUG! App is blocked at the second screen with the adress. Error message always says "Your adress could not be found". Actually, it doesn't find anu street and did'nt even keep which city I choosed. Sure, it's not a connection or network problem. So I cannot use app anymore... What can I do ? Thanks to help me

Used to love the app, until it suddenly stopped sending notifications. I tried force-quiting it, rebooting, removing and then reinstalling it, nothing worked. The settings say I should get push notifications for a string if different collections, the time is set to 19:00 the day before... But nothing happens. As it is now, the app is useless...
