Terrible. Anything I do it ends up opening a web browser and I need to into the browser as well. What's the point of the app? I also could not use the live chat . Once the agent asks me to documents, I will change to my screenshot app to , only for the chat to reset and I am directed back to end of the queue. Also happens when my phone changes cell tower/wifi.

Poor application, update the personal data was a hassle because the form was stuck. Tried to pay road tax, arrived at last form all field were green ticked and the continue button was active, but nothing happened upon clicking. On line chat said nothing wrong with them, so obviously I am wrong, thank you.

The worst service ever. I have renewed my car road tax through myeg online apps and my has been deducted but no receipt received. When checked transaction history, no details of payment successful.
