Turn toothbrushing into a fun and exciting adventure with Pokémon Smile! Players can partner up with some of their favorite Pokémon to defeat the cavity-causing bacteria and save captured Pokémon. Only by consistently brushing their teeth can they save all the Pokémon, earning the chance to catch them.

This app has become the best thing for my autistic child to be motivated to brush his teeth. He wants to do it now and loves following the illustration showing how to brush and that he saves the Pokémon. We got another app that came with his brush for a specific brand, but he was scared of the germs. Now, with this one, he is not scared because they are Pokémon he is saving. I would recommend it for sure! Only my son has is that it doesn't include the step of brushing his tongue.

As I 21 year old that has adhd and struggles with motivation to brush my teeth it has helped me a lot I've found the games makes it more fun and more stimulating so I want to do it. It also makes sure that I'm not missing spots that I tend to forget or don't do as frequently on one side since its trying to keep on top of looking after my teeth and mantianing them since you only have one set of teeth it's important to look after them.

Great app, encourages good brushing. My son loves collecting his Pokémon by brushing his teeth, and being able to add stickers to photos of human brushing. Would be 5 stars, but recently the notifications won't go away. I click on them to open the app, which works fine, but when notifications come back up later on the previous ones are still there. Now, when I get a notification that it's brushing time, I'm getting 10 notifications at once. Please fix this. Otherwise, great app, recommended.

I think that this is a good game. It's really fun and it helps me with ing about brushing my teeth but i think that there should be an option to choose a difficulty. Because little kids might have a hard time brushing their teeth that fast. Even I ( A teenager ) have some trouble keeping up with the required speed to catch the pokemon. Thank you for reading

Love the idea but sadly the tech just isn't there. :( The camera has a hard time picking me up while I brush my teeth and is very picky about where I am in frame. I end up having to prop the phone up on the counter and then brush my teeth looking down which creates a messy tooth paste foam after a minute and that just sort of.... drips out. A break to spit or a more relaxed system would go pretty far. I think after they tweak this it would go up to a 4 or 5 star but as of right now, it's just not there. Frustrating at best, disappointing at worst. I want this idea to work because it's cute and fun but it's more pain then it's worth right now. Please tweak and update, make it more forgiving with the brushing or improve the detection because either way it's 2 minutes of brushing teeth followed by a big let down because I "didn't brush fast enough" in the last 30 seconds.

It needs a lot of working, that is for sure. But I must say that, even if it's a bit embarrasing, it's helping me (a whole ass adult) actually brush my teeth. With depression, doing basic things like hygiene is really difficult. Much more doing it 3x day. But the daily reminders, and the fact it's a lil' Pokemon game help a lot. Gotta say, though, that the camera works a bit wonky and has a hard time detecting the brush, making it hard to "attack". That needs work, for sure!

This is a fun app for both children and adults! I really enjoy the chart at the bottom of the screen to tell me where to brush and when, I imagine it'd really be valuable for kids growing up, on top of the adjustability for how long to brush for (1, 2, or 3 minutes), notifications for morning, evening, and even during the day. However, I wish I could just disable the sound and/or music so I could listen to my own audio in the background, instead of stopping my morning jam session for this app.

The idea behind this app is great, but unfortunately it does not perform well. The toothbrush detection is highly flawed, and has serious trouble detecting that my kids are brushing, even though I'm watching them do it well. This results in them rarely catching Pokémon and getting very frustrated about brushing their teeth, which I'm pretty sure is the opposite of the intended effect. This app has good potential, but the sensitivity and difficulty really need to be fixed.
