Purchased the IVPC-DS, IVPC-DM and IVPC-DI. The DS keeps disconnecting. I have a WIFI extender with full bars installed 4 feet away just inside the door. The Android app has 3 bugs that I've reported so far to (using Android 9 on Samsung devices) (1) Speaking into the phone is barely audible on the DS. (2) There is an echo on the DS when talking into it. (3) The assigned notification for calls only works while the app is open. It uses the phone's default ringtone otherwise.

Setup extremely cumbersome. After 120 sec the app loses the wifi and time out, I see how it goes away.this after I had to reset my router. Its every good product with every bad setup and app. Can't even watch full screen live, only an recorded event.. please upgrade your app to complete with your competitors. Thanks

This app crashes every time I open it. I can't let clients into the building from my phone at all. The unlock button for the door also vanished. Optex told me they don't the app. Literally a useless security system.

nothing optex is worth your time. The connection between devices and the app is very spotty regardless of how good your Wi-Fi connection is.

Garbage - won't allow you to setup due to forcing you to give it full access and priority access but even once you do that your stuck in a loop unable to progress.
