Very poor app. It will not retain saved settings for setting up the zones despite several attempts. Everytime I reconnect to the robot it has lost the zones again! It might set up profiles properly but I can't get that far to . Also, you need to go back to the main screen to hit connect to get a second prompt to connect to the robot. If you only use the 2nd prompt, the connection will fail. Great robot mower but experience ruined by a buggy app..

Rubbish app. I have to zoom my screen and set the smallest font to see if the mower is doing anything. Getting no alerts to say the mower is working stopped stuck or out of bounds. ed robot supplier who hsve ed ambrogio. Still not sorted been having problems with the app for nearly a year. As another reviewer has said i thought there was a fault on the mower so sent in for repair. Cost me a new battery but still the app doesnt work. I wish there was an app available from elsewhere

Updated 03/04/24...new app is step backwards, ive lost alot of functionality and my 20elite s+ doesn't mow to full cycle now (after replacing batteries thinking it was a battery issue.) Not receiving any notifications... disaster. Original review-Be able to turn off spiral (as this is why it often gets stuck) Better sequencing- turn 180 or reverse straight back would solve alot of the stops. More Bluetooth options to be possible via GSM. Send alert if not charging. Clear some alerts via GSM

Twenty Elite S+ is a great mower, especially with free 3d printed wheels. Just had to replace motherboard after a year use. But app is a garbage, especially latest. No notifications, unfriendly UI, no new instructions, etc.. Update - notifications work again, but i can't connect to robot, it says model not ed.

Updated the app today and cannot control the mower anymore. The robot is not ed. The robot is less than a month old. The robot itself works fine. But it's impossible to recommend a product with a finicky Bluetooth connection and an app which looks and runs like it was made 10 years ago. Not to mention the latest update which made the entire app unusable due it won't identify my robot anymore. If you are making this app in-house, please outsource the development. This hurts your brand.

Forced update to the latest version, now the app says "model not ed". My mower is about four years old, a 20 Elite. Previously the app had been the best it has been (not a very high bar).

Frequently hangs or crashes when trying to update firmware (which is every time). App is stuck for over 24h now. The app word choice very unclear and confusing in English (was this translated from Italian???). Menu flow unclear and unintuitive. Once it is setup it works but setting it up is a pain. Not ready for primetime. I feel like I am doing them a favor by using this alpha software. The mower works but since the software is crummy, I would not recommend this as a first choice.

One of the functions I was most interested in was the drive function, so it's extremely frustrating how useless that function is in this app. The robot continues to ignore prompts to avoid areas it decides it doesn't want to go. I can't see any reason it can't just obey commands when in that state. This app has been though many updates since I bought my mower and somehow they still haven't fixed this basic problem.
