Hope the app will be updated soon to show smart meter reading info, now it's accessible only on desktop view of the mobile browser otherwise the app deserves a 5*. Even after several apps updates, the smart meter reading details are still not acceible through the app. Verymuch disappointing 😞

App is very basic.we are in 2024 and I think it's time to update the app.why don't bring more service in the app? If I want to check usage from day or week before I need to on website. It's very frustrating do this al the time.also, most of the option are not available on the app.

I found BGE app quite outdated, compared to another providers where you can track your daily consumption, even per hour; however BGE app doesn't allow you track any of these, the app is completely useless for smart meters... An update would be ideal to get the advantages of the smart meters. Thanks

Every week I transfer a little money to my , it is convenient when the full bill comes to pay the remainder, but the last two weeks it has become impossible. The application does not send a request to the bank and accordingly the bank does not send me a notification and I simply cannot transfer money. I deleted and ed the application several times, nothing changes

Update: Still fails to except payment a year on via this app with a bill now over €600. Payments also fail from your online & your payment details don't get saved either.🤦🏻‍♂ Trying to make a payment of over €200 & your app keeps telling me... Thank you, you have made a payment of null... It also says that we are having technical difficulties & to try again later. I've tried 2 times already. 0 stars until this is resolved as I installed the app to make paying my electric bills easier.

Used to work fine haven't been able to make a payment for 4 weeks which has now put me behind .... can't call to make a payment because they don't answer and I've no credit left the customer service isn't very helpful ... Paperless billing because easy to pay app... so can't even go to pay in shop ridiculous!!

Gives some basics info which is nice. However, submitting meter reading is annoying. This is why I actually ed the app. Not being able to do this is an absolute joke. It constantly crashes. I do mean CONSTANTLY. Not often but CONSTANT! No thanks.
