Too easy to tap on the station next to you. In fact it's difficult to tap your station. The tap region iz small. Zooming in/out doesnt help as the tap marker stays the same size on the screen (a "sprite" in programming jargon). Notifications for rmeinders doesnt seem to work. I have them enabled.

This is not a well designed app. When I use my phone's back button it closes the app instead of going to the previous page. The app has to relaunch when opened again and all progress is lost. The zone and space number posted on all the meters could not be found in the app. Payment info can only be entered manually instead of filled from Google/Apple pay. Took me 20 mins to figure out a space close enough in the app and pay for it.

Keep getting the error message "specific etickets platform is unfortunately unavailable for this city at this time. Please reach the local service" and the local version of the app (MPLS Parking) returns a different error message. Troubleshooting with customer service did nothing; they were stumped and couldn't help (not their faults).

2nd time I've received a ticket while legitimately paid and parked using Flowbird. Police void ticket and just blame it on Flowbird saying they don't update the parking info quickly. Both tickets were issued more than 30 minutes after I paid. This service is the absolute worst of the 4 parking apps I use. App is also slow, very poorly designed and bookmarked zones don't save and force you to go through the tedious process of finding your parking zone.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Flowbird. The app is unreliable and frequently crashes, making it nearly impossible to pay for parking when you need to. Customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving you stranded without any . Overall, the lack of functionality and poor make Flowbird a disappointing and frustrating choice. I would not recommend it to anyone.

This app is terrible. When you try to zoom in to find your zone, it zooms back out on its own. Also, when I'm next to something marked as Zone 1, the map only shows 4 digit zones. All over NY they managed to sell this terrible app. Lake Placid - sucked. Poughkeepsie, sucks. If your town or city uses this app, the leadership must be corrupt.

App needs work. I used it for street parking and the meter doesn't show updated time remaining unless I manually refresh the parking session. Also, the app defaults to max time and doesn't allow me to select less time, so I was forced to pay for max time. They should also add an option to extend meter time instead of having to let it expire and set up another session.

Our local airport requires this app for long term parking, so when leaving for our 19-day trip I installed and worked my way through, adding vehicle and credit card, and it seemed to go through. Returning 19 days later, I found 3 tickets claiming unauthorized parking. Checking the app, it showed no history. Didn't charge my card. Good news was the tickets were a lot cheaper than the parking would have been. So watch out for this app, don't rely on it, outcome could be a towed car or worse.
