I like the idea and the app is OK, but for the comments/chat functionality needs to be improved. On my phone the messages don't come up in a chronological or as a thread. I can't follow the conversation in a good way. Just wanted to update my review since I have tried to use it for a while and like the idea. Probably qn issue with the Android, there are still a lot of bugs making the app barely useful. I would pay if I knew what it's for, what will improve? I could not even do the survey.

Please remove the red screen when opening the app. The app should be easy to use. When I open the app in the subway, I don't want the whole world to know I'm on Gofrendly. I don't mind the ad since the app is free. But having the red screen when opening is very frustrating. I wish I could send voice notes and that there was a Dark mode. Many frustrations/friction moments make me not want to use the app. This therefore also makes me forget to reply to some people

A great idea, poor execution. One should be able to see when the other person has been active last so you don't write to ppl/profiles that aren't active anymore. There's a lot of bugs too, you don't always get notifications of new messages in time, you have to physically go into the app itself to see new messages which is a bit unpractical and the ones you have read, stay with the unread notification for a long time. Fix these issues please!

This app is really weird. I just ed but so confused on how to use it. In order to match you scroll instead of swipe. I'm used to apps where you swipe to match with someone. Its alot easier. Then when you see a profile you like you have the option to save or message. The fact that people are notified when you save there profile is dum. Why should they be notified that's honestly weird. Then if you message someone better hope to get a response but the chances are not likely. Setup is weird

None of the buttons work after I finished the signed up process and it took me to the home page. It's as if the app crashes whenever i open up it up except it doesn't close out at all. It just stays on the main screen and i can't press anything at all. I've tried force closing, restarting my phone and all that but it doesn't work for me. I can't even get to my profile to delete the or data they have saved from my sign up. Sad, it looked really promising but it's totally unusable for me.

It's genuinely a friendship app and has been well thought out, it actually works unlike most apps, and it's safe/kosher as in it isn't full of ads, porn, fakes etc. Where I live is so rural even tinder finds six people; this had no-one. Sad, because I liked it best of the dozen friendship apps I tried (closest match on those was over 100 miles, this won't go over that).

Sends me notification for every new event created, despite my settings stating i don't want that. Had to completely turn notifications off in App Permissions to get rid of the "xxx created an activity, are you interested?" notifications (which are several per day). Menus are confusing and difficult to maneuver. Irritating long vibration for every message received.

Great idea, runs smoothly, the events page is really nice idea. It would be nice to add a feature where there would be a preferred meetup/communication language/s for each person.
