Absolute trash! You can hardly accomplish anything on this app. The interface is confusing and ugly. When you find something the app can do for you, there's still a high likelihood that the app will find a way to make it a frustrating experience. Update: now it doesn't even open! When I attempt to launch the app it just randomly reloads the page over and over, preventing me from using it entirely! This is right on par with every other resource that WGU offers.

Terrible app. I cannot even read the content. It shows NO PAGE NUMBERS! It is not friendly. Update: The page numbers are fixed. The enlarge page icon is terrible. It shows the page too small or too large. I guess I cannot study on my phone. This is 2024. Why can't you just get this app right so students can learn on the go. I feel like a test dummy. I might have to enroll in a different college.

The app is very buggy. It crashes, times out, fails to , and is unresponsive at times. It also uses a browser inside of the app to play the videos which results in a not so friendly mobile ui. Website works perfectly fine on mobile, but not inside the app. There's also not enough padding on the video controls so it's pretty easy to hit the wrong button while trying to pause. There are more issues, but I hit the character limit lol.

The app seems pretty nice so far, but I have 1 issue. While trying to go through the orientation course, the magnify + and - buttons cover the > button to go to the next page. Only the < previous button is able to be tapped. I am using a samsung Galaxy s24 ultra. Also, none of the videos work in the orientation course through this app and get the error message: "We were unable to sign you in because your browser is not accepting cookies."

I gotta say the redesign of then UI is amazing. Just 1 gripe and it's pretty big, none of the functionality transfer over on a fold phone. If you open a course with the phone open it reverts to the old design and defaults to not being enrolled in a class no matter how you try to access the course. I would love to help out with screenshots and logs to try and sort that out. Great and convenient app otherwise.

The only thing that needs to be added is a find feature (Ctrl+F). Sure I could open it in the browser but that defeats the purpose of the app. Selecting words also does not work well, particularly with classes that use Mindedge. Sometimes going back (pressing back once) takes you all day he way to the course overview menu.

It's pretty awful at the moment. The zoom in and zoom out buttons sometimes obscure other buttons I may need to press to advance to the next page. I have yet to watch a video through the app due to odd technical issues despite working just fine when viewing it through a traditional browser. The app sometimes points me to a for the panopto app (a poorly reviewed app) for extended video , but that seems far less convenient than just using a typical browser.

It's better then nothing but leaves a lot to be desired from a school that is online. It's slow to load and basically just opened a web browser in the app to access materials. Canvas has a much better platform and I would highly recommend they look into replicating that or paying canvas to use their platform as many colleges do. Wonderful school though with great programs though.
