The app suddenly stopped working. For months now I've been unable to complete an order. I keep getting the "restaurant unavailable" And "price mutation" error whenever I try to place a mobile order. I've made sure the app is updated, I've un-installed and reinstalled, cleared the cache, force stopped, selected a new restaurant. Nothing works. Really baffled at this point. I've tried it on wifi, mobile data. Nothing. Get the same thing.

This app is really sad. It's terrible, never works right, and just navigating the app is impossible. I might also add that if you receive a Tim Hortons gift card, you can't add it in any way to use in a mobile order. All they want you to do is to use a reloadable gift card within the app to pay for your order. Not sure what the point of that is, since I just pay with my credit card. Fix the app and I'll raise my raiting. /:

Can't order bagles, get a "price mutation error" This app is so slow! Even with wifi, it just takes so long to finish an order. Also, there are options that just don't work? Like, if I try to add chipotle sause to a sandwich, it let's me press the "+" to add it, but the quantity still says zero. This happens with so many add-on items.

Yesterday (on my birthday, while in a store), I installed the app, to see what my present from Tim's was (and to claim it). The Progress Circle kept spinning around and around and around and around and around and around....I was never able to sign in to my acct (either on the app OR the website [Extremely frustrating]!) When the app WORKS, I prefer using it and leaving my Rewards card at home (Not even sure exactly where it is.)

I love Tim Hortons, but the app has been a terrible experience for me. Far too often when I order from it, I get a "price mutation error" message, and so I can't get the deals and rewards. Every time I bring it to the attention of customer service, they ask me for a bunch of information, still can't figure it out, and then just drop me without telling me so and offering no resolution. I'm just one customer out of millions, so they don't have time to waste on this recurring issue.

Okay this app is basically useless. First of all the stores don't control it so it is SO likely that you'll get there and they don't have what you want so you have to go through the hassle of getting a refund via the app. Second of all there's so search option so good luck finding stuff. Third, NOT ALL THE MENU ITEMS ARE THERE! It is more inconvenient than anything. I wanted to change my favourite coffee order to decaf and I simply can't on the app. So useless.

Update same 8 12 2024 The offers are gone I think there is an issue with the app. We order every week and scan the box. This is how we pay and get the points. We cannot order them the app since the locations are either closed. Order doesn't show. Computers are down. Plus I cannot get a refund and I am tired of ing the store the app calling to get my money back. So there is only a few locations I can use the app not near me since the update. Plus when the scanner is down we cannot even

The app is unreliable. For months now, i get a price mutation error and told to pick another store when I try to order in the app to pick up at a location. Any store I pick gives me the same error. Any mobile order-only offers will not be honored at the store and the employees tell me that they don't know if there are issues with the app. Fix this issue please.
