This app was great when I first ed it. I was able to use the visual unlock feature, up until 3 months ago....it just stopped working. Now, the app has been nonfunctional and will not accept my information, no matter what I do. I get the same error message tellimg me that I do not have permission to access the reset option or the recover your email option and I will have to the office during business hours. Please look into why such an easy app is being so difficult to use.

App is up to date and once this coronamess started happening I can't use the app, it tells me an error occurred while logging in. We are on prepaid so we usually check usage daily, and we can't right now for whatever reason. We have reset our several times and we still can't even . I would love for someone to get ahold of me and help me fix this issue.
