Entergy’s latest version is a native mobile app, replacing the prior web version.
New features include:
• Biometrics Authentication – After first using myEntergy credentials, mobile app s can opt in for face or fingerprint recognition.
• Pay Now – One-time Quick Pay setup allows s to pay with single swipe.
• Power Status and Estimated Time to Restore – After logging in, customers will see power status from the home screen, where they can track estimated restoration times during outages.
• View Outage Map – A new map built for mobile devices allows s to track outage by the customer service address or location of their mobile device.
• View Usage from Smart Meters – Customers with an AMI advanced meter installed can view their usage, which updates every 4-5 hours with real-time usage and cost.
• Guest Payment – This option allows customers to “Continue as Guest,” using their customer number and QPC code to make a guest payment.

Not too bad of a app. Loving the part that we can report outages specially other outages too. Would like to have a way to report when your power is back on to let them know it is on. It is very frustrating when the app says no power and you do. Another thing would like to be able to paying your bill with a credit card or something like it without a fee. To me that sounds like an old way of doing something don't we think we pay enough. Very frustrating. Not to be mean about it. please thank you

If you are looking for an app that will notify you when your power goes off for 30 seconds, then notifies you again when the power comes back on, then sends you a survey asking how the app works., but is utterly useless when a tropical storm moves through the area and your power has been out for over 7 hours and the app will barely load or get updates, outage maps don't work ..then you found the right app. I really need to look at why entergy is the only power company allowed to operate here.

The app works really well but I don't like the idea where I have to sign in every single time even if I close the app out and reopen it I have to sign back in when using the same device all the time. I hope they can fix that to where we don't have to sign in every single time where we open the app because we can't get to see the outage or make a payment in time when we're trying to be in a hurry. I think the sign in security thing needs to be optional or a quick code or face recognition.

The app is very convenient with reminders of due dates and allows you to start, stop, or move your service with ease. It also has some really cool features, such as the option to report streetlight outages. I've reported 3in my town and they are literally fixed the next night. They also have home security options plus lots more. Overall the app runs really smooth and in a technology based world, where folks rather text than talk to you in person, it's a wonderful app. I have no complaints so far

The only way I can use the mobile app is to use it as a guest. Ended up paying online to pay my bill and even that was a pain. Please fix the glitches!!! Edit** it is a month later and I am still having the same problems. This time I got completely thru with paying my bill, had a confirmation number and about 30 seconds later it tells me the payment didn't go thru, try again later. I seriously don't want to go through this every month!!

*Map NOT working*.. within the past week, the app design has changed: 1)When outages option is clicked you select view option by (co,map,etc.), in this case by county, and are greeted generic looking list of #s out and co names, but no updated @ time shown. Clicking on a county brings up an empty Entergy website page with NO map. The three line menu drop-down configurations still result in no map. Please revert app to previous "working" layout and add configuration options to it. Thank you!👍

Always issues with Entergy app. For years it worked for few months and now issues. Just problematic. Links doesn't work. I am just gonna be trying using their website. Always never ending issues with the app. When it works it get messed up again. Now it says not ed browser "of all the apps". Can't to previous , can't reset as I somehow can't receive reset email after trying to reset. Maybe partner with other apps like Google or Facebook for help and use their apps instead

Some features are the same, but some have changed. Can still view and pay my bill with the app. Ran into a problem the other day trying to report a street light that didn't work in front of my house. Was able to report that on the previous version of this app, but since they've changed the logo and updated things you can't do that on the new app.
